Horrible experience
- [ ] Wheel Alignment couldn’t be done - car was sitting waiting to be picked up since 11am - no phone call
- [ ] Got told on the phone the air filter was $10-$15 - had to pay $55 - it was replaced when I got there to pick it up at 2pm
- [ ] Invoice says air filter was included in the log book service, but I had to pay for it?
- [ ] Windows were down
- [ ] Drivers seat had been moved & reclined back
- [ ] Car key was scratched
- [ ] Said they would have to rebook me in to get wheel alignment done - never did - I did it myself online
- [ ] I bought my new car back to Kmart Tyre & Auto (not Hyundai) knowing I was going to get looked after & great customer service, however, after today, I’m not so sure.
