From the time of booking to the cement number and the service received tyre repair everything went smoothly

Excellent customer service

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly. I was put out by them putting my booking in incorrectly but they still took me in on the day I originally requested. I was told my car would be ready by 5:30 so turned up at 5.25 to have to wait another hour. I understand they were very busy and they were very apologetic. I guess these things happen!

Kye and the guys at Rowville are amazing, so friendly. My car service was done to a high standard, I could feel the difference when I drove it home. I can’t recommend these guys enough 😊

Friendly , courteous, helpful manager (Kye) not sure of spelling. Car was ready on time, no holdup when picking car up.

I needed brake pads replaced and new tyres. I took the car to mycare in Rowville, was given a quote and booked in for the next day. When I picked up the car the amount charged was quite a bit less than the quote. I found all staff I spoke to were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Good service and convenient to book and drop off, however was only told 1.5 hours before my expected pick up time (that I confirmed at drop off in the morning) that my car would only be ready 30 minutes after the booked time. Then when I arrived had to wait a further 20 minutes for my car to be ready despite no additional work from the originally booked service.

Staff were more concerned with chatting and sitting around then working. I was told the problem in my car was fixed and it wasn't.

So unfortunately had to get 2 new tyres after my service. Front tyres needed replacing. Chatted with Kai re options and certainly happy with the outcome. Obviously $$ to me spent but we worked through what was necessary & what I could afford & when etc.

Customer service on the phone was friendly, helpful, polite and efficient. I was able to get a last minute booking and the location was conveniently co-located to shops. I ended up needing 4 tyres not the 2 I’d originally thought, and when there wasn’t enough of the MyCare stock in the floor, and the tech was helpful in offering to collect another 2 from ‘nearby’. I liked the MyCar care plan. And the price was reasonable.
I didn’t t give 5 stars because:

1. I came for front tyres, which the specialist inspected and confirmed needed changing. However I had to probe and ask if the back ones also needed changing. At that he glanced at them and I was told that it would be unsafe not to , given the back tyres were a different brand and tread which would cause aqua planing. If I hadn’t asked apparently I would have driven away at high risk of accident. I would have appreciated being told that proactively so I didn’t have an accident.

2. I was told the job would be ready in 1.5hrs (30 min later than originally advised due to having to get tyres from elsewhere). I agreed but emphasised that time was of the essence, and said I would wait. However the job ran 45 minutes later than 1.5hrs, and I wasn’t given an updated time, I just waited and waited and ran late collecting my child.

3. It would be good if the MyCare store kept more than 2 of their own-brand tyres on stock.

The guys were soo accommodating, got my car in urgently for a much overdue service. Advised and discussed required services needed on my car and provided a breakdown of cost to arrange a plan to suit my financial situation. Highly recommend, the team are friendly but most importantly trustworthy.

On time completion with great communication throughout.

I arrived at 8 am- we agreed to an oil change, headlight defogging, brake pad change (which was recommended previously), and windshield wipers. I was supposed to receive a call about cost on any other repairs. I called near 5 pm, to find out that they hadn’t done the work we agreed to at 8 am. They had completed an oil change, and now said that I didn’t need brake pads.

Professional and courteous service. Communicated clearly about my new tyres purchase options. Would have liked more accurate time frame of the service duration to organise my ride and my day's schedule.

Booked in to replace disk brake pads and rotor, as per advice from the recent car made retailer services. Booking was easy and he is friendly. Received a call and told me the brake pads and rotor are still ok till the next service. This is honesty and putting the customers' interest first. Bravo!
