First off, Oran who was is my contact here is amazing! Very helpful in getting me the best deals and listening to everything I need and giving me the best recommendations. Customer service is 10/10 👌
One of my items got lost within fedex and Oren quickly reached out about the issue and had a replacement machine prepared to be shipped out to me the same day I was notified.

I ordered 3 items from mychway. I received 2/3 items in a very timely manner. Unfortunately, one of my items was lost in the delivery process. I contacted customer service, and Amelia was my representative. She kindly assisted me in replacing the lost item expeditiously. I appreciated the fact that she was able to help me in such an effective manner. She was very helpful.
