Bardzo rzadko wystawiam opinie, ale tu jestem rozczarowany. Karta którą zamówiłem jest bardzo słabej jakości. Wydruk jest kompletnie porysowany, a samo jej zapakowanie jest jeszcze gorsze miałem szczęście, że karta nie była aż tak pogięta, jak za te pieniądze kompletna porażka

Experience was great and the staff is incredibly helpful! Had my package get lost in shipping and they were quick to ship me another one and help me with that. Great service and very cute products :)

This is a brilliant company ! The order process is perfect and the resulting brick personalised model just great. Every stage of the process was easy to follow and it would make a great fun gift for anyone. The model is larger than expected which is a nice surprise. Can thoroughly recommend the company

I completely stuffed up my order and it was promptly address and resolved with exceptional professionalism.

I had a technical issue with the download of the video of my dog but the agent explained how it works and solved the problem. He/she was very helpful and the problem was resolved satisfactorily.

A great gift! Its so cute, looks very similar. Customer service is great and the blocks were a fun experience to build. My partner really enjoyed putting it together. Highly recommended as a great gift! <3

Scam!!! I have ordered a custom brick figure on October 9, and payed extra for fast delivery. My order was supposed to arrive on October 23. Today is November 10 and I still haven't received it. I tried contacting the customer services, and they said my address was wrong. It wasn't. Then they said my package was already in my country and I should contact the local courier to receive it. I did, and they tracked my order all the way back to China. My order was never posted. And now they keep telling me my package arrived, when it never even left. It's a scam, and they will keep telling you they are trying to do something, when all they are truly doing is looking for the next excuse to give you.

Definitely would not order from this company. They configured a dog that looked like a pug and I requested a German shepherd. The color did not match the face in the photo at all. I asked for 2 figures and I only was given a sample picture of the dog and not the person. I didn't even bother with the modification because no one responded when inquiring about an additional cost. Then they have the nerve to do a "restock" fee! Which is a scam considering there was no satisfaction in their service. In today's economy you would think a company like this would work on improving their services or not offer specific dogs if they are unable to create certain breeds. Definitely a loss of birthday money for someone special that I was ordering for in my life. What makes it very frustrating.....they have no phone number to contact them directly.

We lost the instructions to our custom brick figures. I bought them in 2023. I reached out one day ago and the response time was really quick. They provided me without charge the instructions to my pieces. I will be buying again from this company!

The product I ordered was so so so much better in person. The quality is amazing and I was smiling from ear to ear when I opened the package. I am so happy with this purchase. 🥰🥰

Design renderings came back quickly and were perfect! I had a few questions before things went to production, and Haley from the customer service team was so helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to receiving my order and giving it as a gift!

If I could give zero stars I would. Really echo the other 1 star reviews on here - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered something for Father’s Day and paid the outrageously expensive $40 express delivery fee (more than the item I purchased) because the arrival date displayed was by the Friday before (the 5th). When it didn’t arrive I emailed the company and requested the express shipping fee be refunded and they have refused claiming that it was shipped out by that date and therefore they are in the right. I explained it was an arrival date not a production completed date, I absolutely would not have ordered it otherwise! This company is clearly false advertising on their website and extremely difficult to deal with. DO NOT PURCHASE.

They seem to work off people’s urgency for gifts to request more money.
I bought 2 small items for Father’s Day and paid $40 for express shipping to make sure it got here by next week. I received an email overnight requesting for an additional $46 to ship it in the days I requested. I move house in a week and fully expect that this item won’t come in time despite more money towards shipping than the item itself. Very disappointing.

Horrid communication. The graphic is amazing - the card as a whole though looks faded and is not holo / sparkly - that is actually a slip that the card comes with. There is nothing on the back of the card unlike other companies that do this.
