Really unsatisfied for the ordering process. I have paid the money to check the item before they production, but the preview email in the spam mail box and will only keep 48 hours. When I saw the link, it been produced with the ugly design. I have report to the customer support, they said do offer an option to modify or cancel your order at this stage will charge 50% restocking fee.

I am very disappointed with this experience. In the end, I felt forced to accept the product only because I didn’t want to spend more money. The courier company they work with is extremely poor — they kept claiming my address was incorrect, even though it is a company building where receivedd the deliveries every single day without issue.

It has now been over a month and I still have not received the item. This was supposed to be a birthday gift, but the delay has made it meaningless. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unsatisfactory experience.

The products I got from this website were lovely. But what got it the 5 stars was the customer service. I thought a product was faulty and emailed them. I got a response the same day and it wasn’t faulty it was just a layer of protection used for delivery that needed removing. They were quick, polite, and thorough in explaining how to see if product was fine. Definitely would go back for more gift ideas.

Company would rather lose customer and charge fees instead of assisting in making changes on which email to review customizations was never received. Should have gone to Etsy like I originally entended, this company is very expensive and at the end still kept $20.00 out of $61.88 so they made their money and do not care, they should provide better way to make the changes and waive fees if the amount of the items are usually higher than the $61.88 I got "with discount".

The incredible support in the design/feedback process was very helpful. Building Mycustombrickfigures was so much fun, from the instructions to the pieces being beyond my expectations. It was a gift, and the recipient was very charmed to receive it as a memento of our friendship.

I ordered a custom brick figure for my husband’s promotion, and I couldn’t be happier with it! The figure turned out amazing and made such a unique, original gift for this special occasion. I placed an order on the 30th and they have been nothing but super attentive and responsive to my emails as I am ordering it from overseas. I'd like to give credits to Sienna, her responses were quick, even through emails, she had taken really good care of what I requested with no hesitation, especially the change of delivery address.
