Its a fraud. They have stopped replying to my email. Took 38 USD and nothing received.

Lindsay was super helpful in meeting my requests. Can’t wait for the final product to show up. This is my second Custom Brick Figure and they make great gifts.

Extremely disappointed my order was not what I selected and was sent one with brown hair when my son is blonde. I emailed and got an oh well we felt we made the best selection hope this helps. A complete waste of my money!

Złoźyłam zamowienie 13.02 i nadal nie dotarlo do mnie. Nigdzie nie moge go sledzic. Nikt nie odpisuje na maile.... A jak widze wszystkim odpisuja to samo ! OSZUŠCI ! Ale ja tego tak nie zostawie i to zglosze do odpowiednich sluzb !

Ordered 2 of the fridge magnet music box with photos.
The image quality nowhere near to the marketing Photoshopped photos.
Sound quality also bad, even with the better version that I bought. One of the 2 unit is super loud.
The magnet barely hold to the fridge, sliding off. Removed in the fear it will fall and break apart.
Shipping time was not the 8-10 working days, so did not make it to Valentine's Day, but 2 weeks later.
Posting negative review on their site does not show up, only the perfect 5star scores, so... here I am.

Update: To the answer from the store. Jeśli chodzi o grający magnes jakość dźwięku całkiem dobra ale ogólne wykonanie bardzo słabe. Tandetne naklejki i nie wygląda tak ładnie jak na zdjęciach

Zamówiłam magnes na lodówkę 4ego lutego. Miał być na walentyni. Dziś jest już 18luty a przesyłki nadal nie ma. Nie można jej śledzić, ponieważ strona do jej śledzenia nie może znaleźć mojego zamówienia. Czuję soę oszukana.

I placed an order with MyCustomBrickFigures (Order #NASL7671) and paid extra for fast shipping because I needed the gift by February 17th. However, not only has the package not arrived, but I also just noticed that the delivery date was changed to February 27th without any notice. This is extremely frustrating, as I will be travelling overseas and had planned to take the gift with me.

To make matters worse, my order is still in production, and I haven’t even seen a mock-up or received any updates on the fabrication process. I emailed customer service for clarification, but they haven’t responded. I also have proof that the original delivery date was February 17th, and it is unacceptable that they changed it without informing me.

I trusted this company and paid extra for faster shipping, but now I am left without the gift I was counting on. Very disappointing experience.

My nephew loved his figure!! The online directions were spot on for him. He’s 6 yrs old. My only issue was the shipping company but mycustombrickheads customer service was quick to respond.

On the 16th of december I payed and order for a customizable Head 2 People Interlocking Plastic Toy Couple Christmas Gift For Girlfriend.
To the order, needing it for the 30th of december, I added the Priority Produce & Shipping and for Brick Figures Renderings Confirmation Service (for a total of $75.86 USD).
On the 17th I received a request of clarification about the picture that I sent for the render (I croped it with the site interface but something had'nt worked with this action) immediately answered confirmation about the subjects.
They so tooked time and on the 20th sent me a mail about the rendering in order to confim it or not: I aswered via mail with the suggestions I had.
I was answered that somehow I had confirmed the model watching the preview on the website and I had topay more and wait or go on with the order.
I had to answer to go on since I need the figures for the 30th/31th of december.
On the 26th (!!!) they told me that the order was suspended "Suspension Reason: Updating Shipping Method".
I replyed summarizing everything , complaining about their ways (are you just taking time?!?!) .
On the 28th they said shipments were on the way: I am still waiting for the order, not knowing how it will be (for sure not totally as I wanted) and when it will arrive (from the tracking it is now in Italy).
As a note, on the parcel tracking of YunExpress is written "December,16,2024 - Shipment information received " but only on the 28th "arrived at origin facility".

I am not satisfied

These custom "legos" are the coolest gift and very well done.
