We specialise in petrol station forecourt distribution, we wholesale kiln dried logs and associated products to be distributed to retailers across the UK and we have our own manufacturing facility producing pini kay wood briquettes supplying the UK wholesale market. We have a small shop selling all of our products at our site in Oxfordshire (OX7 4BZ) and we also have our own sub licensed AdBlue and screen wash production plant packing own label and private label items. Brilliant service
Brilliant service, only slight issue was I didn’t receive an email with a delivery date/time and so therefore I wasn’t there to accept the order of logs and it was placed in front of my neighbours entrance 😩 other than that, very good - thank you

We've always struggled with giving customers delivery dates and times, we trialled it for a while but found that we ended up causing more problems because people would move their schedule around to accommodate for the delivery and if a lorry driver was sick that day or if there was an accident on the road and we had to reschedule the customer was never best pleased. It also started to affect other orders after that and had a knock on effect across our deliveries which was difficult. The best solution we found as a mid ground was to ask customers to leave notes at the checkout stage of the website with instructions on preferred places to leave any deliveries or preferred dates/times if ordering well in advance and we will do our very best to accommodate. Hope this helps and please let us know if you order again how it goes!
