Absolutely love this product, works well to help lots of different areas of muscle and body aches .. easy to order just wish I could get it quicker but it’s worth waiting for.

I bought 6 jars of Hi Relief cream and didn't figure out the amount it represented and I saw I couldn't afford such a prize. I contacted the company and they understood my concern. So they cancelled my order asd requested and I was reimbursed of the amount I had paid in a few days. This company is reliable and I got an excellent service from Mark and the other employees involved. Thank you for all.

I was upset bc my purchase was in USD. I’m located in Canada, the price difference is substantial. I was told it was too late for a full refund but was offered a partial refund and encouraged to try the product. My email was answered quickly and with a great result!

The cream has been a true blessing. I suffer from osteoarthritis and stenosis. The cream makes the pains in my back and knee much more tolerable and the company has been wonderful to work with

Why I bought it?
I was intrigued about the product, although I don't think that there is any cream in the world where pain just goes away. So I tried it, its a nice cream, which leaves a pleasant feel on my legs, but as anticipated none of my pains went away. So to be honest, while I like the product, I probably won't buy it again and will go back to my 'old' products.

All products in stock except when I first bought them they were.makong more. Depand was so high.

I had a problem and got results very quickly and efficiently. I did not see the reorder box at checkout and was not planning on reordering yet and I am still evaluating the product. Customer service was able to quickly delete and refund part of my money. Very quick and efficient!

I don't have nerve pain but I have a mild slip disc in my lower back. I gave a jar to my colleague to use on her tight muscles. She feels relieved after application. My lower back feels relieved also after applying the cream. I use it on my hands and fingers because I have osteoarthritis in my fingers. It's a good cream. And this is one product I get to benefit from. Thank you very much! I still have 4 jars left for me to enjoy.

Funny thing, I haven't used it consistently yet. I travel a lot, and I've given the jar I brought with me to friends/family. They rave about. I'm finally home.., am ready to try it myself in the next few weeks....
