My Initial experience

My first try very good and I gave out to my friends and siblings but they are pessimistic. I already finished 1 bottle. And it is good as my legs muscles are better but the feeling of wet on the feet. I tried it on my body too.

Great support help

Well, I’m still waiting for my order as the first order was left in the street and somebody stole it, but they have been absolutely wonderful in getting me another order and being so polite and helpful

Product does not work at all

Product does not work at all, can't return it, no refund can be issued, customer service sucks and product took weeks to arrive. Overall this customer is very unhappy I don't recommend it

I bought 6 jars of Hi Relief cream and…

I bought 6 jars of Hi Relief cream and didn't figure out the amount it represented and I saw I couldn't afford such a prize. I contacted the company and they understood my concern. So they cancelled my order asd requested and I was reimbursed of the amount I had paid in a few days. This company is reliable and I got an excellent service from Mark and the other employees involved. Thank you for all.

I was upset bc my purchase was in USD. I’m located in Canada, the price difference is substantial. I was told it was too late for a full refund but was offered a partial refund and encouraged to try the product. My email was answered quickly and with a great result!

The cream has been a true blessing

Why I bought it?

Why I bought it?
I was intrigued about the product, although I don't think that there is any cream in the world where pain just goes away. So I tried it, its a nice cream, which leaves a pleasant feel on my legs, but as anticipated none of my pains went away. So to be honest, while I like the product, I probably won't buy it again and will go back to my 'old' products.

I had a problem and got results very quickly and efficiently. I did not see the reorder box at checkout and was not planning on reordering yet and I am still evaluating the product. Customer service was able to quickly delete and refund part of my money. Very quick and efficient!

I don't have nerve pain but I have a…

I don't have nerve pain but I have a mild slip disc in my lower back. I gave a jar to my colleague to use on her tight muscles. She feels relieved after application. My lower back feels relieved also after applying the cream. I use it on my hands and fingers because I have osteoarthritis in my fingers. It's a good cream. And this is one product I get to benefit from. Thank you very much! I still have 4 jars left for me to enjoy.
