I got the cherries because the worms (my fave) weren’t available. Not a fan of the texture.
The lid was off and seal was peeled away but I suppose that’s royal mails fault.
One more slight annoyance is the delivery states next day. I ordered Thursday and they were delivered Tuesday.

But I will continue to shop here because the customer service is excellent with quick responses and the product is good.

Never received the product. I tried to contact them via their live chat, social media and through the customer support page to ask for an order update and if there was a way to track the delivery, but I never got a single reply back. I sent a screenshot of my order confirmation email and still received nothing back.

I placed an order with this company on the basis of a next day delivery. It is now five days in and the order has still not been received. I have found it impossible to contact them, despite an 'online chat' where I was given an email address which turned out to be incorrect.
I have no idea where my order is, I have no tracking number or means to trace it.
I am down £77.99

Excellent service. Typically DPD were late with rhe delivery but this is out of My Indica Beauties control absolutely deserve their 5 stars

I’ve been buying the 2000mg cbd oil for quite a few months now. Always amazing service, fast delivery and they will always promptly reply to any emails I have sent with any questions. Fantastic customer service I will never buy my cbd from anywhere else.

I’ve been using this company for a while now and they’re absolutely great. This time I was sent an offer on their products and there was an existing offer already in place which in my distraction I didn’t notice or really understand so I doubled my order which then meant I’d actually quadrupled my offer. I have more CBD oil than you could shake a stick at now but that’s great because their product is amazing.
In the past there have been a few issues with the delivery company they use but My Indica Beauty are really quick to respond and rectify the problem with no quibbles and with absolute professionalism.
I was initially wary of buying CBD oil online because there are a lot of fake oils and things being sold. I saw a promotional post about MIB from a comedian I follow on Instagram and though I’d take the plunge. I was not disappointed. This company is the real deal, their product is better than some I’ve tried from a shop in my area.
As a family we all use their products. My husband has a very physical job and benefits from their muscle rub, my son has mild CP and also Asperger’s which cause him pain and anxiety in turn so the gummies work brilliantly for him. I use the oil for chronic sciatica and period pains. My Dad used CBD oil during chemotherapy to combat nausea because he didn’t like how the prescribed antiemetic made him drowsy. It really is a broad spectrum wonder medicine.
I can’t recommend this company enough.

I've ordered from My Indica on a few occasions now. Everytime it's easy to navigate the website and put orders in. They keep you updated as to where your order is and they work with dpd who are also a good delivery company. The products are top quality and really do help with calming anxiety, helping you to create a sense of wellbeing and helping you to get a good night's sleep. The muscle rub is the only topical that really seems to help my husbands osteoarthritis. There was a problem with my order this time around. I contacted My Indica straight away and they dealt with my issue super quick. A* company and products would recommend to anyone.

3 weeks gone and order has not arrived. Customer services not once replied to emails.

Very good. I did make an error my end by missing out on some of my address details and I did try to get the bottom of as to why my post was delayed. They did not ask me if they had the correct address details. It finally arrived 8 days later partially leaking too. Still glad it arrived.

Had to chase up order as they claim it was lost in the post. Also got charged twice for delivery cost, still not had a refund despite 3 emails...

There was an issue with my next day delivery and it didn’t arrive. It was almost impossible to get an email response. I ended up speaking to someone on the chat option on the website and they told me there had been a problem with DPD and I would receive my item the following day which would include a freebie for the inconvenience but that I would have to email about getting a refund on next day delivery. My item arrived with no freebie and I’m still waiting a week later for a response about getting my next day delivery refunded. The gummy worms are lovely though
