I received my watch today, wow, absolutely gorgeous,superb quality, great service as I wanted to add charms after i sent my order in, I received a reply and ordered more charms all in the same day, couldn't be happier.

i loved how much variety there was with the charms! i truely feel connected to my bracelet as i was able to find the right charm for everything i wanted. shipping and quick and easy and was grateful that my order came with the tool to help put/ remove the charms too.
i will 100% be buying from here again and this will definitely be a go to present for everyone! thank you

I absolutely LOVE this company!! The charms are adorable, the shipping time isn't to long and the customer service is amazing!!
I ordered my first set of charms around February and they are true to the image on the site, no tarnish whatsoever and only one of them broke and I was able to get a replacement, and I even got a free charm! Their communication with their customers is very quick and effective.

I am currently waiting on my 2nd batch of charms and I couldn't be more exited.

The charms were much smaller than I expected. I didn't know that the charms hooked together and I ordered a blank bracelet and extra spaces thinking the charms attached to the top of the bracelet. One of the charms popped off it's base. What should I use to glue it back on? Also one of the charms (I'm cool, but I cry a lot) was misshapen and I wasn't able to use. I paid over $130 for this bracelet and expected it to be better quality.
