Ordered several personalised charms, all my own images uploaded and wasn’t disappointed. Most were Christmas gifts and they were wonderfully received on Christmas Day. Have just ordered some more for myself. Unsure where the negative reviews come from as the charms are of great quality, delivery is fast enough and being able to add your own images provides an amazing personal touch. Will definitely be a repeat customer now.

Absolutely terrible charms arrived broken and some of the same that I ordered together came already linked which makes it borderline impossible to unlink it unless you buy their $16 tool

I saw some good and some bad reviews about myitaliancharms, but decided to give them a shot and I am really happy I did.

my package arrived within approximately 1 week I also received a track & trace code, I received this within 2 days of the order
The package was well packaged and all the charms I ordered were in it! The charms look just like the pictures on their site. I also got a beautiful free charm from them as well will definitely be ordering again

In conclusion, my experience with myitaliancharms was great!

I have ordered from them twice with zero issues. They always include a simple freebie charm :) A few of my friends also bought their bracelets here & love them

DO NOT BUY THEY ARE CROOKS

They took two payments off my credit card. They are not claiming this happened. Have taken to my credit card for fraud investigation even though two items arrived. Won’t accept refund or return. Stating their refund policy has changed and they are in the process of updating their website. Seems this is a common complaint.

I will not let this lie until I am fully refunded.

Their website states returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. We emailed the same day and they refuse to give a refund or accept return. Insane, and months later the website still states the same 30 day return policy. I am having my bank do a chargeback! When Ashley responded to my email, she said they will change the site! This is horrible customer service for any retail company! They ignore emails and messages. They are thieves!

Product is okay, not too bad quality. Feels quite cheap though. However! Very unhappy as they did not go through with the $10 refund if posted on Instagram. I posted it on my story and after followers saw it I noticed a group of them followed. Yet after countless DM's and Emails they have refused to refund me. They responded to my Emails twice then stopped and won't get back to me nor open my instagram.

I was really skeptical. Because I couldn’t find any reviews. And I’m not one of those people to spend $40, cause I did, and be scared I wouldn’t get my package. But I trusted it! And they all came in. Amazing condition. Everything I wanted. I believe they’re a newer company. Give them a shot. I totally trust it now. I will be ordering more.

These people stole my money. They never delivered my order, kept my money, and then insisted that they can’t give refunds anymore, even though their website has a refund page. They now claim that they’ve changed their refund policy to not offer refunds. They’re liars and thieves.

I ordered my bracelet three weeks ago with express shipping. It only arrived today, and I was pretty angry, but thankfully after sending a couple of emails I managed to get a reply saying I would get a refund for the express shipping (and I did 😊). I was not aware that the seller is drop shipping from China and I wouldn’t have bought from them if I did know. I received my bracelet and charms today and although it’s a very tedious process, I’m happy with the bracelet. I just hope it lasts because I paid $100 for it.

I ordered this for Christmas for a Christmas present. When it finally got here in January I said I wanted to return it because it was late (I ordered it in early November). They refused and said the refund policy had changed. Buyer beware! One of the most companies I have ever had to deal with!!!

I had seen many bad reviews for this AFTER I'd bought it. This got me checking shipping updates and Reddit frantically. However, despite many people saying it didn't come or took 3 months, mine took 11 days. It was quick and easy and is very good quality! (would recommend watching videos and getting the tool by the way)
I'm sure it depends on where you live but UK shipping was speedy. It comes from China so that's probably the root of the shipping problems, so ordering from these guys is a bit of a gamble. Although, they are 100% legit and gave me everything I needed so very pleased!

if i could give less than one star i would. took a month to ship me NOT my bracelet that i ordered, but a bunch of random chains that looks like they’re from a craft store. i tried every contact point for this company and they never responded. drop shipper , and a scam. save your money.

Ordered $111 dollars worth of charms and 3 bracelets for me, my mom and sister on Dec 3rd for Christmas.
The tracking for this package looks super sus and my order didn't ship out until the 14th. It is now the 27th and the tracking claims that someone tried to deliver it on the 26th at 9pm. Checked my Ring doorbell camera and nobody tried to deliver anything that day.
I will be disputing this charge in hopes of getting my money back since after reading the other posts here it's very clear this company is a total scam.
A few reddit threads claim the seller is a dropshipper from China.
Don't order from myitaliancharms they are a dirty fu*king scammer!

Ordered on Black Friday as a Xmas gift for my daughter. Said 7-10 days shipping. Here we are a few days before Christmas with no package delivered - all is says is that the order has been received. I’ve reached out many times to customer service with no response. Just seeing all these negative reviews now- which id realized they were a scam before!

I ordered multiple charms from this website and never received them. I tried contacting them and never got a reply.
