Do not use this company they are not based in UK and the clothes are cheap looking and very small sizes. In order to get my money back I need to pay £28 to return to AUSTRALIA!!! The cost of the postage is same as the items I purchased. They suggested I order and pay for them again in a bigger size!!! Going to report them for false trading and misuse of the sales of goods act. DO NOT USE.

First bad review I've ever written … well because its totally necessary to help stop them praying on other unsuspecting people!

Appalling quality of the Arlo Set.
And equally abhorrent customer service regarding the matter.

Sent pictures of the appalling item received to My Little Wardrobe - they responded that the item DID meet their 'quality control standards'.
Which means they have no standards whatsoever and think that its perfectly acceptable to mislead you, take your money and send you absolute crap.
Shame I cannot upload the pictures here for you to see for yourself what they deem as 'quality'.

As a further insult, the sizing is not true (its tiny Chinese sizing) so good luck with it fitting your kid.

They offered me an apology and a SORRY20 discount code off my 'next purchase' (pffttt yeah right).
With the option to return the disgraceful item I received at MY OWN COST again.

What a disaster of an online store. You get better or par quality from online Chinese store Shein, at a fraction of the price!

I left a review on their website - but as you will see, they censor them and only allow a few 5* reviews to make the cut.

My Little Wardrobe UK. That is the name on their website and the html address specifies UK. More fool me. I ordered from this site on 8Oct21; a Halloween outfit for my daughter for her daycare Halloween party. Now, I understand that there are issues with deliveries due to both Brexit and Covid. Surprisingly I have this far avoided any delays - and I order a lot online.

I got an email that the order shipped on 13Oct21. Come 24Oct I am still waiting on said package. They provided a tracking number for Royal Mail; having checked it appears my order was shipped from CHINA. Baffling really as, stated above, the site is UK and one would assume UK based. My order has now been in transit for 11 days - unacceptable for what is supposedly a UK based company. It’s currently sitting in Heathrow, while I am in Ireland. More than likely won’t get said item on time.

Watch out when ordering - they may present as UK based but they are not and ship from China so of course it’s going to take an age to reach final destination. Very disappointed and feel the site is misleading.

Do not ever order from here I brought 60 pounds worth of outfits for my son who will not fit in them as the sizes are about two times to small . I asked for a return address and they sent me two different ones that was not found on the post office system they are so wrong and taking peoples Monday for rubbish items we receive

Incredibly misleading photos, what I received was so far from the picture on their website, which is against consumer guarantees act and fair trading, but apparently there's not much you can actually do about that. Buyer beware! Quality is so far off from the cost! Returned it at my cost, for a refund of the item. So i'm left with their shipping cost and mine and a LOT of time wasted. Be incredibly careful before purchasing anything from them! I certainly won't be, and will be advising others I know not to either, or you'll end up out of pocket.

Bought 2 beautiful outfits for a new born present was absolutely delighted with them as was the recipient easy process from ordering to delivery with constant updates about order will definitely buy from them again and have already recommended them to a few friends

Ordered two outfits and a pair of shoes for my little one. The outfits arrived, one is ok, the other is pretty bad quality. Shoes I ordered have never arrived. This order was made in January, the outfits took almost 5 weeks to arrive and as said, the shoes have never come.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ORDERED 2 ITEMS RECEIVED ONE...POOR QUALITY BUT TGE SECIND ONE WAS SENT ELSEWHERE AND THEY REFUSE TO HELP AND HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME 😪

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Not only did they ship my order a month late. They also shipped it to an address over 200 miles away from my home and they are refusing to refund me my money. So I've lost money and I have no product. AVOID

The quality is SO poor, the smell of the clothes was so pungent... smelt like very strong glue and fishy. My item arrived damaged and all I had was a £4.20 discount.

ordered end of January. Says it has been delivered but the tracking states it is nowhere near my address. Raised the issue with the company and was sent a link to Royal Mail because I apparently had to track it.
This company couldn’t be bothered to reply to my messages asking for a refund or a new order sent out again but could easily post on their Facebook page.
Don’t use them.

Clothes took weeks to arrive (still awaiting one parcel) as are shipped from overseas even though the website suggests Uk based. Clothing was poorly finished and over priced for the quality. Found the clothing on a other website for 1/4 of the price. Disappointed as the website claims they hand make most of the clothing hence the price tag. Hand wash on everyday kids clothes?
