I ordered a baseball bat steering wheel lock, took them about a month to ship it, they texted me that they were sorry about it taking so long and they would compensate it by giving some free stuff. Okay no problem then it takes 2/3weeks to see that there was an error with delivery and it is returned to the seller? I mail them, text them. No reply’s anymore. I want my money back, don’t buy anything here people! They don’t reply on the customers and then your money is gone. Be careful with ordering here!

I ordered a lock a month ago received nothing. Emailed three times. No reply. Bunch of chancers.

Stay away. Purchased a lock in 12 August and its 19 October and I haven't received the order. In September,Someone claiming to be owner sent a long message saying order will be dispatched in next 48 and promised to rectify the situation but still nothing. Then the same person contacted again after several messages for asking for full refund, again was told it will be process in 48hours but it never happened. Now he doesn't answer the phone or messages or email. Cant even get my money back.Sounds more like a scammer or fraud company to me. Asking my bank to intervene or go to the financial ombudsman. If you value your money stay away

Absolutely terrible service once the lock came a month late it had rust on it. Was promised a refund on delivery now being ignored now it’s arrived

Very helpful and clear with the returns process

Communication was terrible, product received and after 2 uses was stuck in steering wheel,messaged to tell them how bad it was and message has been read but no answer, product is cheap and tacky don’t bother
