Kelsey was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Helping to resolve my query and make the amendments that I required. I called the support team as I did not find the amendment screen straight forward to use.

Great customer service. Very helpful when I was finding it tricky to fill in parts of the AVC form. I received a follow up e-mail to say my form had been updated and submitted.

A first class service in every way!!
I just wanted to say what a first class service I have received from My Money Matters, this level of efficiency and pleasantness is so rare these days. My call was answered quickly, the lady, Sandra was a pleasure to deal with and my request to amend my A.V.C contributions was sorted there and then, a faultless service in every way!! cannot recommend highly enough, a massive thank you!!
