I will never attempt to do business…

I will never attempt to do business with them again. I ordered a part and they told me that they couldn’t process my order because my payment was being held by paypal. They were reaching out to me every other day to get a status on the payment clearing. Once my payment cleared, no one will respond to my emails or return phone calls regarding my order. I filed a dispute with paypal 5days ago and they haven’t even responded once to try and fix the situation.

Will not shop here again.

Part was best price on internet. But read other reviews carefully. Service is slow and they mail USPS and you pay dearly for "expedited" delivery and it take 6-7 days.

This was a fuel neck housing that I had been looking for for a while. Finally found that these folks had it. Ordered it, it shipped immediately and I received it like they said I would. Thanks bunches

Very poor service

Ordered a cargo mat for Jeep Cherokee. Ordered wrong size (3/4 size vs full cargo area) ... emailed them 3 times about an exchange and never received reply. Very poor service. Shop elsewhere.

MrMoparts/scammer

Ordered the part that was in stock. Mr Moparts never shipped item. Several weeks later was told the item was not in stock and it's backordered. Ask for my money back and got no response. Had to get my money back through PayPal over a month later.I delt with Mike at Mr Moparts.

Tucson Mopar Parts charged $171.47 and…

Tucson Mopar Parts charged $171.47 and never sent the parts. After email exchanges, they concluded you had to have a PayPal account in order to get a refund. When I asked for the Visa charge to be credited, no response was sent. Someone, possibly Gaston Lerma, then changed the online order to show it was shipped. This was a year+ after the order. The email exchanges don't lie. They owe $171.47 for an order they never shipped. They should get audited.

Trash service

Zero communication. Slow shipping. Missed shipping date. Called to check on order status and was on hold for no less than 15 minutes then was told order would arrive next day. Trash service, won't be back!

Best place to go for everything you DON'T want

This is the best place to go if you want your order shipped incorrectly, very little communication, and poor customer service. I ordered 2 simple separate parts and was sent 2 of the same part. I tried calling the number provided on the invoice and NOT ONCE did anyone ever answer the phone. I had to contact them via email and up to now have only received responses to about half of the emails. I was told they would not ship me the correct part until they received the incorrect part ... keep in mind THEY sent the incorrect part and would not resolve the issue until they received the part back, while still billing me for the order. It has been 3 weeks after originally placing the order and I still do NOT have the part which I need to have my vehicle inspected.

No Customer Service

Tried over a couple of weeks to place an order after website said to contact for part availability. Called several times, no one ever answered. Sent several emails, never got a response. Makes me wonder if they are going out of business. If they are this hard to contact when I'm trying to pay them $600.00, I'd hate to see what they are like if I needed a refund. Taking my business somewhere else.

I ordered a condenser for my 2016 Ram

I ordered a condenser for my 2016 Ram, $365.00. It came in around April 3. I took it to the repair shop. They said the governor (Michigan) has shut down all businesses in the state ( as other states did). so I would have to wait till the state reopened. Not a choice. When they did open they called and said there was a problem with the condenser (2 tubes were bent/creased and they did not want to straighten them because they would probably break or would not function properly. I said ok I will contact them and see about getting a replacement. Moparpats said they would not honor a return because the time frame for returns had closed. I explained about the COVID 19 virus, but they said sorry not our problem! I am out $365.00 because of these crooks. How low can they go. Never deal with these crooks!

FedEx lost half my package and I was…

FedEx lost half my package and I was pretty upset about that but the same day I put in a ticket genny call me back and tell me don't worry we will send you one and it will arrive next week . I was stoked and shocked that they called me back the same day and began to send me the replacement part that FedEx lost . What a great online company!!this is unheard of nowadays. They really wowed me !!!!!! I will definitely shop here again tha s again benny and Mike!!!! You guys are awesome!!!!!

Hurt Fellings

I've ordered twice. First time waited for it to arrive and nothing. I called eventually part showed up. They said they would reverse shipping and handling, never happened. A month later I get sent the same thing sent to me. Second order again 3 weeks after ordering I contact them. Asking to have $20 4 day shipping charge reversed. Justin says 4 days doesn't mean it arrives in 4 days. I send a copy of their own shipping policy. I tell him to not email me again to just send the part" you i___t" quit lying and making excuses. I hurt his feelings and he took his marbles home and canceled my order. 😭 Big baby.

Overnight Shipping or fishing

Like other people said. Overnight shipping is a scam. Their excuse would be "transferring parts" I paid $145 for the overnight shipping. It's day 4 rightnow that doesn't sound like overnight. I bet they're making money out of the shipping prices. Parts are cheap it sounds good to be true, but shipping will kill you instead and dishonesty from this company.

Would do less than a one star if…

Would do less than a one star if possible. Ordered a jeep door seal. After verifying my vin# they sent the part and it didn't fit. My door would not close and still leaked water. They did a "partial refund" holding back money for "shipping" and 20% restocking fee, saying I ordered the "wrong part". They fell back on the part was installed and cannot be refunded if installed. How would I know that it worked or didn't work if I had not installed???? $60 poorer and ANGRY. Do not order from this website!

Avoid using!

Ordered a part, all good. Then they send another email saying amount refunded, then another email saying credit card was a high risk and need to send pay pal. But won't get refund for 3-4 business days! Avoid this business!!

There was a problem with my address for…

There was a problem with my address for the order, when I called to Texas of all places, I was asking Paige what was the fraud on the account so we could fix the issue. Paige told me that there was no reason for me to be yelling at her. LOL I told her I was not yelling, and I wasn't; apparently Paige doesn't like to be questioned about her company's fault. I then asked her if the product was available and she stated yes. I replaced the order with in the next hour, they again took the monies out of my account and the product is now on national back order... looks like this company doesn't know how to conduct business. boycott

Payed by PayPal for part + shipping. Order was in process for two days then cancelled. Called to customer service they have no clue. Received call back in one hour with offer to pay $200 more for shipping. What?... For 4 pounds small size fender?... what a b...
