Two-Piece Elegant Set Ordered the two-piece set in apricot. The top and bottoms are well-matched same fabric weight, same finish. Fits comfortably. The apricot color is exactly what it looks like in photos. Customer support also helped me track the package when I was anxious about delivery, they were really patient and kind.

Where do I start! I don't really want to give this company any stars but can't write a review without one. I ordered supposedly "silk" ladies Pyjamas on 12th May. Was informed that the order had been dispatched on 13th May. By 26th May I emailed twice via their site - no replies. So I raised a dispute with my payment provider and said I had not received anything since 12th May and couldn't get through to anyone so they credited me. Surprisingly, two days later I received an item - not the right colour or quality that was shown in the advertisement. Looks cheap & nasty & definitely not an XXL! Got pink instead of beige. So I managed to find another email to contact them on & this time they replied. They now want me to pay the postage to return the rubbish item to China!! No chance without a pre-paid returns label!!
So I wish I had looked at the reviews first before ordering as it was a present for someone but sadly I wouldn't give the item to my cat to sleep on let alone for a dear friends birthday present! Steer clear of this company as it's just all cheap stuff from China!

Quality of products is shocking. To return anything, you have to send the items to China and they will not cover postage. Emails are responded to in Vietnamese, Netherlands email address and a London postal address. Stay away. Absolute scam.

Foral Relaxed Blouse. The floral relaxed blouse in blush is softer than I expected. Embroidery is neat, not cheap-looking. Wore it to a brunch and got two compliments. Hand wash only just be careful. Ordered a size too small at first and the team handled the swap quickly and easy, made the whole thing painless.

Boho Cover-Up Dress Got the boho-style covering dress in light blue. Fabric is breeze and light, great for warm days. The fit is relaxed and forgiving. Could use slightly thicker fabric for cooler evenings. Also wanted to mention the customer service was great they helped me confirm the shade before I checked out.

If I could give zero I would. DO NOT USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!!!! Their website is very convincing with pretty pictures of Westminster and London buses and registered office address at Covent Garden. But from my experience this can’t be further from the truth. The goods I received are nothing like the goods I ordered. The things that arrived that actually looked like what I ordered were way too small and two items were just ridiculous. Wrong fabric wrong colours and I’d like to say they used a pattern to cut them out but clearly I the items was sewing practice for a five year-old at school, or worse in some Chinese sweatshop perhaps. I followed their strict guidance to request a return and refund but after sending various emails and a live chat on their website I heard nothing, no response whatsoever. So I went to citizens advice who advised me to apply for a charge back from my bank which I’ve since successfully done and my bank has been refunded by Myna Mode. So all is well that ends well, but please take it from me and find another company to deal with because their shiny website is nothing like the company you’re actually dealing with.

Vintage Button Detail Blouse Ordered the vintage-style button in peach. Buttons are secure, fabric drapes nicely, not stiff at all. Looks more put-together in person than in the photos. Washes well too. Had a quick question about the fit before ordering and the support team replied within minutes, really top notch.

Orthopedic Mary Jane Shoes Available in brown and black. Strap adjusts well, arch support is actually present, not decorative. Sole grips properly on smooth floors. A little stiff the first two wears, then fine. I actually ordered the wrong size first, but customer support sorted the exchange super fast no hassle at all.

This is a fraudulent web-site, and they have now been reported to trading standards.
Ordered a jumper, never arrived cannot contact the company, they don't respond to e-mails. Buyer beware, please don't be taken in.

Garment undersize...ordered large more like medium/small. Poor quality. No UK industry labels only one in Chinese which AI interpreted as technical stuff about the machine it was knitted on and material used.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY DESPITE THEIR ADVERTISING WHICH MAKES THEM LOOK LEGITIMATE. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS.

masquared as a UK company then items take forever as come from china. Then you try to contact to return the oredr following there policy and they do not answer. The inital email address bounces back but the one ending .nl seems to go but never respond. so now stuck with an order that are not fit for purpose and out of pocket.

Received a jacket which i wanted to return for an exchange, after lots of emails, they didn't get back to me.
So now have a jacket which is not fit for purpose.

If I could give less than one star I would.
Awful company. Do not make the mistake I did. Ordered item over a month ago, no sign of it. No update on tracking. No reply from customer service email. No phone number. Having to make a claim via my bank to gain a refund! THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN.

WHY CAN YOU CHAINA NOT GET THE SIZES RIGHT GOT 2 COATS OF YOU THAT COST ME £88 POUNDS AND THE ARMS IN BOTH COAT ARE TO SHORT BY 5 INCHES SO I WOULD A RETURN THEM TO BUT I NEED A RETURN LABEL SO IT COST A LOT OF MONEY TO SEND THEM BACK SO THIS COMPANY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OF BIG TIME MR D CURTIS .

No order has arrived after spending £44 pounds on 2x jumpers and the emails address is fake got email back saying ypur email has not been sent as no email domain was found.
