We bought a ladies leather coat which when arrived after Christmas which should have been a surprise present for Christmas didn’t meet the specification it is synthetic. We have asked for a return code to send it back numerous occasions with no response. Typical cowboy company do not use this website .

Didn’t get any confirmation of my order then checked Trustpilot and thought I’d been scammed. Order has arrived though. A coat I paid £44 for. I know it wasn’t a lot but the quality of the item is quite poor and I’m not sure I’ll wear it. Would not recommend buying anything from this website. On a positive note though they have replied to my emails asking for an update.

This company do not answer emails, do not pick up the phone and clearly don’t care about their customers.
The jumpers I bought were an awful blend of synthetic yarn which was not at all warm. The cut across the neck line was bad and didn’t sit properly ( I am a normally - shaped women size 12-14.) I bought large knowing the Chinese are tiny people. That would have been okay had the jumpers been of reasonable quality. Don’t buy form this company. I am still £48 out of pocket and little short of going to China, no sign of a refund despite having sent jumpers back three weeks ago.

Item ordered for Christmas & arrived in time…so that was a positive. However the item (an XL sweater for Male) was so tiny it barely fitted my 15yr old son so I have to return.

Having contacted them, as per their returns policy, they are now stating I have to return the item to China, postage payable by me, how completely ludicrous, although the top was £40 which is not cheap, no doubt what I have to pay to cover postage & then it will probably go missing in transit too…what’s the point.
Don’t bother ordering from this website, not worth the hassle.

Really should be zero. I never received the item I ordered from this company for Christmas. I ordered it 05 December 2025. They took money, but no order received. The email doesn't exist from the company. They are a scam, I will be taking this matter further. Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ KEEP AWAY THEY ARE CON PEOPLE

I had no idea from the website that I was buying an item that was coming from China and feared the worst when reading the reviews. I ordered a cashmere jumper on 2nd December and it arrived on 18th. The jumper looks fine and is the size I ordered. Phew!

It's a scam, do not buy from this page.

Ordered to Receipt took over 3 weeks.
Ordered XXL - garment received cannot even be a small - absolutely ridiculous.
Contacted 2 my ail addresses to arrange a return - impossible - both mail addresses aren't recognised / don't even exist.
One of these addresses is their customer service contact.
The other address was the original order confirmation address . . . even this wasn't recognised.
Do not order from the is a company - an absolute scam.

it's not a company in London, it's a company in China, I bought a pair of dr marten boots, the photos was a legitimate pair of dr martens, but you receive a cheap copy, after waiting over 3 weeks for delivery.

Scam! Do not buy from this website, they are shipping from china and the product is different from photos.
After, there you cannot reach them,they will not answer your calls or email!

Ich habe 2 Pullover bestellt...beide Norwegerstrickpullover. Ein Pullover war in Strick...hatte aber einen kuriosen Sitz und war nicht der Größe entsprechend. Der andere "Strick"pullover war mit einem schlechten und unscharfen Strickprint. Nun möchte ich die 2 Pullover retournieren, aber meine Mails an info(at)mynamode.nl oder info(at)mynamode.com gehen nicht raus. Ich fühle mich absolut betrogen. Mein Geld ist futsch.

Ik zag op de site dames half hoge dameslaarzen. Eigenlijk ben ik zelf ook dom geweest. Normaal check ik van tevoren altijd reviews of de site.
Ik heb het geld overgemaakt 80 euro er wordt erbij vermeld tracking code.
Je krijgt helemaal niets en ze zijn ook niet bereikbaar. Ben mijn geld kwijt en geen bestelling. Ik voel zo opgelicht en dom. Maar ik last het er niet bij zitten. Zo komen ze niet weg.

7 mei een bestelling gedaan van een drone. Volledige bedrag EUR 150,- betaald en niks ontvangen. Ondertussen aangegeven dat ik de bestelling wil annulering en dat is uiteraard niet mogelijk want mijn bestelling is onderweg .. ja ja

De Trust pilot review (uitstekend) op hun site is fake!!
Eerdere slechte reviews over deze site zijn niet meer terug te vinden, heel vreemd!
