Amazing service, well worth the investment

The Myo Master infrared sauna has been a game changer for me. I’ve used it multiple times in the two weeks I’ve had it set up. Fairly easy to set up you just might want a helping hand with some of the heavier parts. One of the best things is that this doesn’t drain your electricity bill either. It’s been a calming and relaxing way to decompress after a busy day

I ordered a Myoice plus just over a…

I ordered a Myoice plus just over a year ago and the liner had started to develop some small tears in it on the base. I contacted MYO and asked them if i could buy just the liner part as i was out of warranty and they just sent me a new one (the next day!) free of charge!
Excellent customer service.

Excellent after sales service

Had a few issues with my equipment. Grace via messenger made it easy to communicate when I am busy at work. She was patient and waited for me to send videos after work and replied early next day to give me advice. Very good after sales service.

Ordered a chiller next day delivery…

Ordered a chiller next day delivery that took over 3 weeks to arrive after many phone calls I was eventually told it was a mistake and the chiller was sent and arrived a couple days later. I required another chiller so asked if the issues were resolved and if the next one would be sent next day delivery as advertised on the website. I was told yes sorry it would be fine this time . Another 3 weeks and around 10 phone calls later with clueless unhelpful customer service answers like “ I have no access to a record of your sale but someome at the company will I will take a message for you” essentially I’m fighting for weeks to get hold of my product after spending another £1000 with this company. One customer service agent actually hung up on me after I asked whether both times the product wasn’t in stock when we ordered it on the website on both occasions an if this was legal to operate like this. I’ve spent £2000 with myomaster and the delivery time and customer service has been appalling and just to add insult to injury after paying £1000 for the last chiller before it even arrived they have a sale on reducing it to £800. I wish I spent my money elsewhere, I’ve been lied too fobbed off and disrespected.

Delivery was really quick

Delivery was really quick, about 8 days self assembly was really easy took about 45 minutes, been using myomaster 1 person sauna now for a few weeks and really feeling the difference, I weight train and do martial arts and it's really helping my muscle recovery and aching joints , would recommend this company and this sauna 👍

Zero stars.

I ordered the myo classic sauna and within a month the panels had warped and split the structure. The company replaced with another of the same model and the same warping happened within a week.

Definitely not an outdoors sauna as advertised. The company has stopped responding to emails regarding the problem.

Poor product, noted that it’s no longer on their website.

Fantastic customer service

I would have to say Rachele was fantastic - here speedy replies and promptness with answering my questions was brilliant and a rare thing with some customer service establishments these days but Rachele smashed it and quickly sorted out my issue .

Infrared Sauna


I recently converted my garage into a home gym and wanted an indoor infrared sauna as the icing on the cake. I had my eye on this one for a while before purchasing it in the black Friday sale with a great discount.

It arrived on time a few weeks later and was an easy build - took us no more than 30 minutes!

The sauna itself is exactly what I was looking for. As a busy working mum with limited time I love nothing more than a reset in the sauna a couple of times a week, burning my incense, doing my gua sha routine and listening to some guided meditation through the speakers. It really is the ultimate self care treat at home. I’ve never managed to get the temperature above 61 degrees but still get a decent sweat on quickly and this works for me.

Only negative for me is the floor panel - I feel the wood used is really flimsy. On its second use my husband stood on the panel and one of the wooden slats broke. We contacted customer service who responded promptly - unfortunately this wasn’t covered under the warranty 🤷🏻‍♀️ We paid £75 for the replacement part which was disappointing. Subsequently a few weeks later I broke another slat so I feel the floor of the sauna isn’t really fit for purpose.

Overall it’s a great sauna for my needs, i’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others. I’ve taken a star off for the flooring issue but this is maybe something Myo Master could work on to improve in the future.

love my infrared sauna

Absolutely love my infrared sauna. It feels great to use and it’s very therapeutic and good for recovery. The only slight thing which isn’t really a thing is it takes about an hour to reach 55/56 degrees, I feel it would take 2 hours to reach 65 degrees. But regardless of that I’m so happy with it was a great buy for sure!

Amazing Infrared Sauna

Got a infrared Sauna. Took about 3 weeks to delivered. I had contacted them after 2 weeks and they got back to me straight away letting me know that it had been booked for delivery.
Arrives on a pallet.
Set up took around 35 mins. Video on the website was very helpful. However there's a few steps that has already been done for you. (Mainly to do with the door) Which is even better.
The sauna is fantastic, an amazing piece of kit. I've been in it every day for a week now.

Love the sauna but

Love the sauna but, as a 6ft bloke, it is a bit of a tight fit for your legs and the heat from the lower part onto the backs of your calfs can get uncomfortable, but it is a nice unit.

Superb sauna

I can only say how impressed I am not only with the Lux Sauna it self but also the customer service has been first class especially Grace.
I did have to wait a little longer than expected for delivery but it was so worth the wait.
I self built my sauna using the utube video which was excellent and found it quite easy to build.
I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend MyoMaster
