I could not open any of my files on my computer. I kept getting an error code and couldn't fix it. I came to MyPC utilities and they cleaned up my entire computer, removed malware, and made it possible for me to open all of my files. This service is well worth the money spent - I would use them again and again! Better than taking my computer out to have it fixed or having someone come to my home! And way cheaper!

I just purchased a computer on amazon
I just purchased a computer on amazon. While trying to start it up. I ran in too mutli problems. Software's were not on computer that should have been. I went on to MY PC utilities. The assisted me greatly with correcting the multi-issues on this brand-new laptop. They were fast and very good and correcting the multi-issues that were on this laptop from amazon. MYPC utilities will have my business always moving forward. Ben was an excellent IT Tech five stars in my book.

ryan,the technician,spent a good 5 hrs dealing with my very problem ridden laptop and appears to have got it sussed.All appears 100% and was dealt with very professionally.Thoroughly recommend.NOW APPEARS A RIP OFF WITH MY PC RUINED

Thank You all at MyPC Utilities. I had a problem with opening Outlook files which I could not fix on my own. Contacted MyPC Utilities on their website and Charles initially discovered that our PC had issues that required additional support and he forwarded me to John who found the problems and restored my PC to working order. I am an 80-year-old who had no concept re issues but am totally impressed with the service, understanding and respect (as well as patience) they had with me. Thank You

My PC Utilities technicians were excellent. Very patient and extremely knowledgeable. They assured me they could fix my issues. It took a while, and I was beginning to have my doubts, but they were so thorough. That's what took the time. I would highly recommend them.
