just got this new laptop and was trying to open yahoo and Gmail account. Kept getting an error code. I was almost ready to take it back to the computer tech. I googled the code and found these guys. So far so good.

I ran into a serious problem with my email making me reset my password every time I accessed it. I really didn't know how to explain it very well, but John picked right up on it and very patiently resolved the problem. It took quite a bit of time, but he got everything fixed and showed me a better way of accessing my email to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Invaluable help for a techno-challenged user!

This people are awesome! My computer was working too slow and I remember i have their service and so I just chat with them and they fix everything in my computer. I was just looking in my screen and they did an awesome Job with the cursor going there and here. It takes a little patient specially about this things in computer. The bottom line of this.. I might need their help again in few months. lol

I was struggling to use Microsoft Mail, but kept getting an error message (0x8019019a) which I couldn't fix. After deciding I couldn't fix it myself, I bought MyPC Utilities and the techician (Robert) solved my problem in about five minutes flat. I am a happy man.

Bank account had been hacked. Bank insisted have the computer cleaned. technician did great job. Was accomodating with the added request for proof of clean per request of my bank. Thank you so much. Great job.

Our computer needed a tune-up and also an error message that needed to be deleted. The technicians at MyPC Utilities were able to fix all our issues and also provide a refreshed Windows operating system. We appreciate their fine service!

Stay away! They are thieves. I see that there are high ratings, but I bet that MyPC wrote them. My computer was not patching Windows updates, and they said they would fix that. They charged me for services and did not fix the problem, insisting they did when it was obvious that they did not. Didn't know until later they are based in Bangalore.

i ended up choosing this program as i had an 0xc0000142 error and microsoft office wasn't updating and my pc was slow and i probably messed it up uninstalling programs to free up memory but the people there helped and now everything is fixed YAY!

Ryan fixed my problem that i have had for days. "print spooler" error apparently buried in one of the last Windows 10 updates... So this is great.. thanks. Jason

I needed help with an issue with my email ad could not fix it myself. I had a technician help me from "mypcutilities.com and he fixed my problem. I was so happy that the issue with my computer and email was finally fixed. I think the young man helping me was Ryan. He was very polite and communicated with me while he was fixing my issue. I am very happy and would contact this website again if I have any other problems.

I was trying to renew my Mypc subscription and it was asking me for my license key. I didn't have it, so I asked for support help. The technician quickly got me going right away! This was very helpful and gave proof that Mypc has great customer service and support, and truly deserves an all 5-star rating.

My Pc Utilities has giving me the Peace of mine when it comes to clutter and duplicate file. The speed and Malicious software. I'm very happy to have this software and will recommend it to all my family and friends.
