I received by parts order within a week but some of the parts were wrong. When I notified them they sent the correct parts just as quickly. They were very quick to respond to my emails and in correcting the parts.

I appreciate how quickly my order for a triangle cage shelf arrived. I also ordered the screws to replace on other shelves and they came even faster.

Not inexpensive but very high quality. The ultra light models are fantastic! I have had a second hand one double decker breeder cage in my house for at least 15 years and it still serves me well with various rescued cats I've had to isolate.

These are the best animal crates for indoor use that I own. I love their sturdiness, and the ease with which they can be set up and taken down. The company is also very friendly and easy to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Incredible quality and customer service! I have spend so much more over the years on 300-700 range catios and enclosures and all faultered within a year or so and needed constant upkeep or just got thrown away and replaced- never again!
These cages are made to last and with the breeders needs in mind.
Here you’re buying lasting value and quality so if you’re like me and wondering if it’s really reasonable to spend a few K on an enclosure - YES! It absolutely is! And and I will be buying more :)

Excellent customer service. I was impressed with the personable communication and speed of delivery. The products were great and carefully packaged. I highly recommend them. I'll be buying from them again.

We have four enclosures at our local shelter and they work great at isolating a particular cat without taking up the entire room. They have been a huge asset to housing cats that are on a special diet or have attitude issues and can't be with other cats. I love them! We were even able to expand two enclosures to make them larger.

The bottle drop bag frame is working great. Fill it and it’s full and ready to be tied and turned in, not like trying to use a container.

Terrific cage, it's my 2nd purchase. Highly recommend these lightweight sturdy, well-made cages. Communication with seller was also excellent. I'm saving for my next one.

Our ultralite pens have lasted well over a decade. It took a full grown male jumping wrong to put a crack in the original kittening pan. Glad to find replacement part so easily. Product was shipped quickly & arrived before Christmas. Cat is happy to have his bed back.

I love the new triple cage set up for my pregnant cats! The cats are happy and I can rest easy knowing they are safe and comfortable during their pregnancy. I found the cages to be engineered and manufactured with precision. Great customer service, super fast build time and fast shipping. I'll be purchasing more cages soon.

I am a cat breeder and have owned 15 UltraLite enclosures in a variety of models over the past 17 years. Truthfully, not one part has broken or malfunctioned over this period of time. The coated wire has not cracked, peeled or rusted - no rust anywhere. They are not a problem to assemble. My enclosures are all white, and they stand up to regular cleaning with strong disinfectants. They do not absorb cat odors like enclosures made with wood. We roll the enclosures outside twice a year for a thorough cleaning with a power washer and leave them in the sun to dry. Purchasing a variety of sizes and configurations have suited all of my needs. UltraLite offers a nice variety of practical standard models. Recently, I purchased 2 new enclosures and decided to add some customizations. Glen was wonderful to work with, and he communicates promptly. He aims to please. Another consideration is that I’m very happy we opted for UltraLite products in terms of their manageable weight. The enclosures can be wheeled and moved without difficulty, which is a daily requirement when cleaning. Yes, they are an investment, but they are worth it as top tier professional equipment. Thank you, Glen, for offering your fine products.

This is our second cage from My Pet Ultra Lite. We purchased our first one about 10 years ago and it is still being used, in great shape, and works just like it did when we bought it. When it was time to order another, there was no hesitation as to where we were going to get it. They are definitely well built and worth the money. Note; make sure you get the upgraded stainless steel push to release clasp. When we bought the first one, this was not an option (or we missed it) but we decided to add it to the new cage and it is such a great feature for only a few bucks. Highly Recommend!!
