Excellent Customer Services,

Thank you for all your help to registered Medea. I greatly appreciate it, you service was prompt so avoiding any problems with my building management as only dogs under 30lbs are allowed so my German Shepherd is now more than welcome here as Service Dogs/ESD don't apply to that rule in BC. On top of all the certification an d letter, my local Doctor supported my need for a ESD by providing me with a letter as well. Great work, I am glad that this service is provided so I can't enjoy life to the fullest with my furry friend.

I have comfortably traveled with my support dog for over 2 years now.
TheraPetic is a great company to work with. I have called on a few occasions with "emergencies" and have been surprised at how quickly the responded. I even emailed them in the middle of the night and had a "we are looking into it" response by morning! No complaints here !

Site was difficult to navigate. Once a mistake was made, I had to write to the tech support to change the name on the letter because I couldn't change it on my own. They responded quickly and made the changes immediately.
The explanations of the the different packages weren't very clear.
I haven't used the letter yet, so I will have to see if it worked for my flight.

Happy with the service and I would recommend this company .

TheraPetic also specialized my travel letter for our ferry system so we can travel together. Thanks to TheraPetic, I have my confidence and independence back.

This has been a wonderful experience. TheraPetic is a professional and trustworthy organization. Their customer service went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had about my order. They were courteous and replied almost immediately to my email inquiry. If you are in need of an ESA this is the site and organization you should be using. Moreover, I also wanted to note that as a Canadian there were Q&A's and certificates applicable to Canadian's which made navigating these waters much easier.
