Excellent products and great service.Delivery could be a bit quicker.

Have ordered quite expensive nursing pads, but when arrived turned out this product contains plastic, according to packaging...no mention of it on the website, it said it was only organic cotton, and I was looking for a biodegradable product. They do not offer free returns and now I have to ship this bulky product back to them at my cost. Though I believe it was their inaccuracy in description. Messaged customer service and left message on their chat, and never got any reply.
