Order never arrived. Can't track the order and nobody picks up when you call. I'll now have to claim this back through my bank. I'll stick with the established brands next time.

I've been a customer of Pure Beauty for many years. They are so polite, friendly, and so so helpful. Nothing is a problem, always work out a solution to help you.

One particular lady is "Susan". She is a credit to Pure Beauty. Absolutely a wonderful lady.

I use Dermalogica and Elemis products and regularly buy these from Pure Beauty as they have great prices and discount deals which make the products more affordable. Their website is easy to navigate, delivery is quick and their customer service (when needed) is rapid. I've been buying from them for over 5 years and rarely have found another company who can beat them on price. Would definitely reccomend them.

I ordered some Dermalogica products from Pure Beauty. They arrived quickly and were well packaged with mainly recyclable packaging. I know the products well but was pleased to receive a gift of exfoliation products and mitt, something I had been thinking about trying.

The product I purchased from Pure Beauty caused my face, chest and neck to break out in hives. It caused extreme irritation, itchiness and redness.

Further, when I attempted multiple times to contact them via email and phone, there was no reply.

Do not trust this service. I regret doing business with them.

First time ordering from Pure Beauty. Bought Elemis shampoo and conditioner. They were competitively priced with a discount offer. Efficient delivery and well packaged. I’d definitely use Pure Beauty again.

I’ve been ordering Dermalogica products from Pure Beauty for a number of years now and always find them to be competitively priced and items delivered promptly.

I recently placed an order with Pure Beauty and unfortunately one of the items was missing when it arrived. When I contacted customer service, the only “solution” offered was a photo of the item supposedly being packed — which doesn’t really help when the issue is that it never made it to me.

It’s quite clear the item was lost in transit, especially considering the packaging used wasn’t suitable for the weight of the order. On top of that, the overall handling of the situation was incredibly unhelpful. I’m not sure what more I could have provided to prove that the item didn’t arrive.

The lack of accountability and support from customer service has been really disappointing — genuinely a 0/10 experience in that regard.

To be fair, the products that did arrive were good, and the prices are reasonable. However, good products aren’t enough to make up for poor service. I won’t be shopping here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere in future.
