I enjoy knowing that I am purchasing and using good quality organic products which have organic certification which gives reassurance that products are genuinely organic and have high level of ingredients which are organic and where ingredients are not organic they are natural at the very least. Ordered on Sunday and paid extra for a 2 day delivery. Order was dispatched on Monday, yet no further updates received by Friday.
'Hopefully it turns up over the weekend' said customer service.

If there is a backlog for any reason, I feel it would only be fair to note it on the website instead of letting customers pay extra and give them a false hope of a 'speedy delivery'.
