In the space of three weeks I purchased 2 robotic
vacuums roomba i7 from myrobotcentre. Their prices are extremely competitive and save me hundreds of pounds! My first experience with the company wasn't the best due to delivery being very slow, despite choosing "3 days delivery service". It was impossible to contact the customer service over the phone, as the phone never gets picked up. However, the online messaging system works well and they respond to queries fairly quickly. Eventually after some delays my roomba arrived, and I was so pleased with it's performance, navigation system and the speed in which it would complete the job (so much better than other brands), that I decided to buy another one for the upstairs, so that I wouldn't have to move it between the floors.
The second time round my experience was great. The parcel arrived within days and the communication was fantastic! I would have given them 5* if it wasn't for that first experience.

One more thing they could definitely improve, is the way they place a UK cable inside the box. On both occasions the box was perforated by the three pins, as well as the cable itself was damaged. I sent an email concerning the issue and the response was almost immediate. They've now sent two new cables, which should hopefully arrive soon.

Pre-ordered 10/3/21 with dispatch date 19/4/21.

By 23/4 no comms or delivery or tracking info received, so I contact them - response:
"Unfortunately our supplier has suffered a delay. We will receive the robots on 31.05.2021. We will start shipping from this date."

By 31/5 no comms or delivery or tracking info received, so I contact them - response:
"Unfortunately, our supplier has a delay. The robots should arrive at our factory today or tomorrow. We will start shipping immediately."

I wait until 7/6 but no comms or delivery or tracking info received, so I contact them - response:
"Unfortunately our supplier has suffered a delay. We will receive the robots on 14.06.2021. We will start shipping from this date."

At this point I cancelled because I can't trust any of the dates provided and I'm tired of it being on me to keep chasing a business that I paid £350 to three months prior. More importantly, it also points to problems later down the line if I have a repair or return to deal with because, if comms are this bad for a sale, imagine how bad they will be for after sales.

I added one extra star because the refund came through quickly but overall a really poor experience.

It's a good site would highly recommend people look here before going elsewhere

I was looking for a robot (vacuum) and in here you can find them like 2nd hand but good as a brand new. Competitive rates in this aspect. Happy with the purchase
