Wir werden nie wieder wo anders einen…

Wir werden nie wieder wo anders einen Saugroboter kaufen. Das letzte Gerät was wir hatte von einem namenhaften Hersteller war absolzter Schrott und hat sehr schlecht funktioniert und wir haben noch nicht mal unser Geld zurück gekriegt. Hier haben wir ein tollen Roboter für nur die Hälfte des Preises bekommen und haben absolut keine Schwierigkeiten mit dem Gerät.

Huge "shipping delays", terrible communication

I have been waiting over 2 months for my Roborock S7 order I pre ordered. Customer service always gives me an expected shipping date a few days in the future and no further help. I will now be trying to get my money back. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS SITE

Our customer service team informed you by email (Ticket ID: 931146) about the unexpected delivery situation from our supplier. Due to this information about the delayed delivery date, you cancelled the order and we have confirmed this. The refund was arranged immediately (Nov 16, 2021)

Very honourable company

I have found this company to be very honourable. Long story…. but basically I ordered a robot lawnmower which arrived on time but didn’t work … dead on arrival. They agreed to refund my return postage costs and though it took some time (as the machine then went out of stock) they did sent me out a new machine. MOST IMPORTANTLY they kept in contact all the time via e mail with updates…..even offered me a full refund due to the delay. Things go wrong sometimes and all you can hope for in such instances is decent customer service. Top marks.

Scam, avoid!

I’ve placed an order on 3rd of August and item has been advertised as in stock with 6 days delivery. All updates from a company are just excuses about supply issues but they have not updated a website and all this time (for 3 last month) advertise it as in stock to get more people scammed!

The company is dishonest and knowingly…
The company is dishonest and knowingly misleads customers.

I ordered a product that was in stock and even available for express delivery (which I luckily did not pay for). A few days after ordering I contacted them asking where the product is. And they said that they will expect to get it in ONE MONTH! Nowhere was there a mention about any delays and I only got this information when I myself asked. Still to this day the company keeps selling the product and claiming that it's in stock.

I also have a strong suspicion that most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Just look at them. No real information, just hyping how good the company is.

Internationaal incapabel.

Een ramp als je een beroep moet doen op de garantie van je toestel. Eerst moet je op eigen kosten de robot versturen naar Oostenrijk en dan hoor je maanden niets meer. Tenzij je steeds zelf vragen stelt. Uiteindelijk na meer dan 6 maanden mijn geld teruggekregen toen mijn robot elders werd ingezet. Dit kan echt niet voor een 'europees' bedrijf! Houdt het liever lokaal!

Your Husqvarna had a problem with the circuit board (left drive defective). We offered you a replacement in June. Unfortunately, since then no new Husqvarna models have been delivered due to a Husqvarna production problem), so we were unfortunately not able to provide you with the replacement unit. Consequently, you cancelled your order, and we have refunded the purchase amount on August 16, 2021.
