Not in stock, no Refund

Unfortunately, this website provides misleading and incorrect information. The item that I ordered 3 weeks ago is not in stock, despite it still saying that it is on the website. I have not received the refund that I requested. I would not trust this website at all.

This is a bad situation for us - we would like to give you a detailed answer. Please indicate the order number (WS-xxxxxxxx) or also the invoice number for clear identification. Worst experience ever

I have no idea how this shop has a high rating like that.

I have bought a robot vacuum on preorder and it should have been available from 13th September.
At the end of August I have noticed that the shop started showing that robot is in stock and available for immediate shipment. I have contacted the shop asking when will they ship it, since it is already in stock.
I was told that they do not have it and that they will receive it on 3rd September.
Since then, I have been emailing with their useless customer support and every time a different date is given to me. In the meantime the shop still shows goods in stock and the number of stock available goes down so people keep buying it and probably not receiving what they paid for!!!!
Today is 21st September and the latest update I got says, that they do not know when they will receive the goods from supplier and that they will send it to me as soon as available.
This is ridiculous and false advertising!
Stay away from this shop if you can.

The committed delivery date was postponed by the supplier due to the current global situation, the availability of goods. Our customer service team informed you by email (Ticket ID: 880049) about the unexpected delivery situation from our supplier.
