If I had 0 star I would have given.Terrible people.How can I order a chair and was told it would be delivered between 1-2 days till date I have not received the chair.There has been no update about my order and money has been collected from my account since the day I bought this chair.It's almost two weeks no chair.
What a scam!!!

Not particularly good...my chair arrived late and in a damaged box. The chair itself had cosmetic damage. If I was buying this myself I would have sent it back for a refund but given my employer is paying I can't be bothered with the hassle. I'd recommend avoiding.

Very poor service, cancelled delivery, unbelievable stories regarding manufacturing of they're cheap mattresses as they dodge between their sister companies

Customer support is good, fast responses. We will see in the future how it holds during my 5 year warranty. I wish they had more information about the product and the dimensions, especially how they measure it. If they had a chart to show what chairs for which height would be perfect it would be game changing feature.

I did my research in trying to find the best office chair for my desk. I am 6 ft tall (184 cm) and decided to go for a high back support, mesh chair for more breathability. Settled for Chachi Ergonomic Chair.

It is decent quality, my biggest complain is plastic cylinders to cover gas height adjustment part of the chair. They are were in rough shape, with fracture marks and very flexible, basically, poor quality. Everything else is alright.

Chair has angular adjustable headset but sadly, for my height, it is like 3 cm too low. Arm rest height adjustment is spot on. They are 4D arm rests, adjusting in height (every cm), depth (forward or back) and side position (left or right), as well as rotation by 3 presets positions.

I am 81-85 kg and the chair has no problem holding my weight.

Rolling over big carpet isn't perfect smooth, but doing it slightly standing up works well.

I bought an office chair and was very pleased with the comfort and quality of the chair, the price and the speed of delivery. Not had any issues. When I emailed to ask for a VAT invoice they responded very quickly.

We bought a sofa bed from DFS, but the mattress was awful quality and sunk very quickly after little use. We came across mysofabeds.co.uk and are so happy we did! Their products are superb quality, are made to measure, fast turnaround, and brilliant customer service. Our sofa bed is as good as a bed now, so comfy and just what we wanted. Would recommend to everyone!!

Ordered a Colossus Office Chair 24 hour heavy duty office chair in April, over the last couple of months the lower back part of the chair has become very uncomfortable causing me lower back pain.

I use the office chair 8 to 10 hours a day, and I weigh 105kg which is under the weight limit of the chair.

The padding has shifted so much in the back part of the chair it applies pressure to my upper back causing me to have lower back pain under my shoulder blades.

When I emailed i provided photos which "there was no obvious fault from the images".

Was told I could return the chair fully boxed, which wasn't possible as the box had become so badly damaged on transport that I disposed of it.

I asked for a replacement part to be provided and was told "Unfortunately we don't have the replacement parts readily available and with no obvious fault from the images we would only be able to correct after inspection".

I have since then ordered a new executive chair elsewhere. Not happy at the poor quality of the chair that I had purchased from Full Range Furniture.

I ordered a replacement sofa bed mattress which was meant to be delivered the following Wednesday. On the delivery day I get an email informing me there’s been an issue with the delivery truck and my mattress will be delivered on the Thursday, fine. Come Thursday a mattress is delivered but it’s the wrong one! I phoned up customer services reporting the mistake and at their request sent images proving it’s the wrong item. No response. A few days later I call them chasing up what’s going on and they claim they never received my email so I forward the exact same email again and this time they get it. They give me a new delivery date of the following Wednesday. Come Wednesday 4pm with no delivery turning up I call them up and customer service claim they’ve suddenly just been informed that there’s an issue with the delivery truck and the item will be delivered the next day, which is tomorrow. At this point I think it’ll take a miracle from God to actually get the item I paid for, my expectations are LOW! If you don’t want to have to spend weeks chasing these people for an item you may, or may not get I suggest shopping elsewhere!

Terribly awful service. Took my Order & money even though chair was out of stock. Then sent me incorrect chair without an apology and asked if I would keep it even though it was a cheaper version! Eventually returned and still awaiting money back although they picked it up over 10 days ago!
Never again will I shop here.

Really very bad customer service. They are small team of brokers that deal with third party suppliers. The don't have any control over the product, quality, delivery, issues after delivery, etc.
They marked my order as shipped and received and email, which they said "sent for production" and the delivery courier will contact in 1-5 days. I called them after 5 days and they told me that the order needs 2 people to deliver and they will need 5 more days.
The order has been delivered by only one person and incomplete. When I contacted them, they said they contacted the supplier and they waiting for their response.
Instead of delivering the missing box, they delivered a complete set of the order. Now I have two extra large boxes in my small flat and they are struggling for collection. They keep telling me that they have contacted the Supplier to arrange for collection. Four days have passed and no collection. The boxes have sharp metal edges exposed and have the potential to cause harm. I have a young kid and this is very hazardous.

Shocking customer service, placed an order for a desk then received an email 2 days later to say my order has been despatched. No tracking number, no expected delivery date!
A week later i chase the order only to be told it’s on back order as it’s not in stock and if I would like to I can order a different desk in a different size. Really?

I bought a waterproof mattress for my Grandson - It is really brilliant quality and he is over the moon - he said it is so comfortable - he does not want to get up in the mornings now.
I check out the name of the mattress and did a comparison - I found it on a large well known auction site - a household name -( who I will not name) - who had it on sale and were charging £40 more for the same Mattress - so now that is was you call a huge saving.... Brilliant service and lovely people to deal with - I would highly recommend and will use again.

Fantastic service. Ordered in the afternoon and it arrived first thing the next day. I couldn't believe my eyes when the courier arrived. In the current climate too. I certainly recommend them. A Plus Plus!

Well, I have to say it was a real pleasure to deal with this company. I ordered a desk from them - it arrived the next day but with the box damaged. They asked me to open and check the item carefully and they would replace anything that was missing or damaged. Nothing was in the end. Their response time was second to none. I then asked for a VAT receipt by email and it arrived within 1 minute of me asking. What service! I'm so used to receiving shoddy service nowadays it was SUCH a PLEASANT SURPRISE to have someone so efficient deal with the purchase. Thank you!

Ordered an office desk Monday morning. Monday afternoon received an email to say it had been dispatched. Tuesday got spooked by some of the reviews on here so rang them. Phone answered promptly by someone able immediately to locate my order and confirm it was with the courier. He offered to ring the courier to establish their delivery date, which offer I accepted. He phoned back 10 mins later to confirm Friday delivery. Wed afternoon received email from couriers informing of Thursday delivery. I had a query so rang the couriers. Phone answered promptly by someone able to deal with my query. Wed evening received text giving me time slot for Thurs delivery. Thurs morning received text to confirm I could accept the delivery. Delivery arrived safely and on time. Desk is excellent, well made and straightforward build. All-in-all a very good customer experience.

Really pleased with this chair meets all my expectations, in fact my husband is now thinking of getting one. Wanted it assembled but they quickly came back and said it was not possible at this time due to covis. Will definitely buy from this company again.

Chair is great, good price, came quickly. I then had to move charge from one card to another and was all sorted efficiently.
