I would avoid buying any chairs from…
I would avoid buying any chairs from them, they incorrectly write the specs of the chairs on their site, then when you message them to return the chair thats not as described they charge you £35 to return the chair, Also they say next day delivery but then when it does not arrive the next day they blame it on shipping company. won't be using them ever again and I would suggest you look elsewhere

almost zero customer care
This company has almost zero customer care they say that they will try and get things sorted and you are left in limbo until you ring them again and then it starts all over again. I will say that they were NOT rude .but there should be a small amount of continuity of contact and don't just blame someone that you say is on Holiday .

Ordered a bed for my daughter in April
Ordered a bed for my daughter in April. We were contacted by the company to say there would be a delay in delivery of the container it was being shipped in and were free to cancel if we preferred not to wait. I was happy to wait and expected to hear from them at the end of May as stated in their email. I had to email them in June as their had been no update and was told there was a further delay. I was still happy to wait! When we were eventually called on 4th August it was to arrange delivery. However the date we agreed on the bed did not appear. I had to call again and was told the delivery was down on her books as that day and gave me a time and received no apology for the mistake. I then received a call from the driver, 2hrs before the agreed drop off time to say he was at my address! The bed itself is mediocre. I would not say the bed quality and on assembly some of the pilot holes were full of paint and sawdust making it very tricky to put together. As it was the best priced bed we found I didn’t expect the quality to be amazing though. I’m just disappointed that we had to wait so long to get it and received no apology for the final cock up in the delivery.

Superb customer service, helpful staff, very fast turnaround and excellent quality products. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. So glad we found them!
