superb customer service
Delivery swift.
However, incorrect item delivered. They responded very promptly to my e-mail enquiring if they had another version of the jacket ordered.
As they didn’t have a suitable replacement item, and they said it was their error, they allowed me to keep the item rather than return.
The refund came through within 24hrs.
Even though the order was correct and their error, the follow up service was exemplary.
Everyone makes errors but it is what you do to after that counts.
SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Long sleeve compression top...
I bought my son a (Houghton Hall Casual Joggers) team kit long sleeve compression top. He said it is really good. It feels and looks good. It is a good fit and keeps him warm. Great quality!

first time to order, wasnt straight forward but with the help of support team ordering made easier, I cannot highly recommend the product especially the more mile endurance socks, brilliant stuff, will use and order again in the future.
