I ordered 3 training tops and 2 jerseys from mystique.
All 3 of the training tops were excellent, Italian,Mexican and French clubs, very good quality, one had a price tag of 65euros.
The jerseys were from a top Spanish club and an obscure US team, the Spanish top was very good, wasn't so keen on the US jersey, but that's the chance you take.

Presented brilliantly, fast delivery and correspondence from the staff was excellent and polite.

I have been ordering of Mystique jerseys for years now. To start with it was great, presentation perfect. My kids loved opening the box then the tissue paper to reveal their mystery jersey. The last few orders the jersey is thrown into the box with the team Information sheet on top which takes the excitement away for the kids. I’m sad to say I think it’s time to call it a day and give up ordering these as it’s been a disappointment the last lot of orders. My kids absolutely loved these as a gift right up until they were young adults

Oh I have previously left a good review just not on this account. The jersey was threw into the box same as it was the time before my latest order.

I ordered two shirts for my rugby mad son for Christmas aged 12. Quick delivery in plain packaging which was a win! Lovely boxes with wrapped tops and a fact sheet on the teams. At first he disliked the Bavaria beach rugby top that looked like lederhosen but wore it all Christmas day and said he's taking it on tour in May! Will be ordering more for his birthday. Thanks so much. Great quality and fast delivery!

The past two Christmases we've bought football mystery boxes from Mystique Jerseys for our boys. They've both been very happy with their shirts and love that they are unique (in the UK, anyway!). This last order I accidentally ordered both jerseys to be sent in the same box but Shane was super helpful and sent an extra box out to me straight away, for just the cost of postage which is more than fair. I'm sure we'll be ordering from Mystique Jerseys again!

The people at mystique jerseys are great, the quality is second to none and their customer service is flawless and quick, I can not fault the service at all, I would look past the negative reviews as they are clear and helpful with all aspects of the buying process and I have to admit Patrik was incredible in customer services and helped after I made a mistake within my order and he even got the boxes labelled to make the gifting part easier, I truly appreciate the great service and I hope you have a great break

Terrible. I ordered two jerseys for two different people. Thinking they will each arrive in an individual box! No both arrived in 1 box.
I now can’t give this to the second person. I thought the whole point of this was a surprise for each shirt! You can’t return items!

My Mystique box came this morning, I'm 42 years old and was like a kid opening it with excitement. First time I've used the site, on opening it I seen I got a PSG home kit, absolute quality! Ordered medium size came exactly as ordered, I also got an Athletic Bilbao scarf which is also excellent quality, Brighton v Arsenal mathday program, a packet of trading cards and a small figurine, to say im happy is an understatement. I highly recommend this company. Ps I'm in Ireland and delivery took roughly 4 days

Shirt 1;
Very random, special colour, but a real nice Hummel-Shirt of high quality.

Shirt 2:
The FC Loch Ness jersey, that I have ordered, looks great, too.

It was a great experience. Thanks a lot, guys 😀

Highly recommended - Great value for money.
I have bought a mystery shirt from this company and I got a Bayern Munich home shirt from 2 seasons a go and then I ordered a Mystery Jumper/Jacket box and got an awesome Ajax FC Adidas Storm Jacket that is really nice.
I got great value for money. I will be buying from this company again.

Ordered twice from them. Great jerseys and comes very quick

What a company and what a guy! Shane is amazing and always help where he can. Obviously behind the scenes there is Orla aswell. Brilliant work guy, love using you for my mystery shirts

I can't believe how quickly my order to the US was fulfilled, and the kit selections have been spot on. Highly recommend!

Great product that arrived in a timely manner after ordering.

Got my latest jersey recently. It was the Benfica home kit. Beautiful shirt. Can’t wait until next delivery.

I ordered a Large and they sent me a Medium. As I tried this shirt on to see if it would fit they refused a return as it was no longer new even though the label tags had not been removed. I mentioned multiple times it had been worn to try on but never outside even though Shane at mystique accused me multiple times with absolute no grounds. They made a mistake and made up all excuses to avoid a return. Really really unpleasant experience all round and would never use again. As “a gesture of good faith” I was offered a 10% discount on my next order but of course no swap in the correct size to correct their mistake. I was also asked if I was willing to remove my review after posting it even though this was a true reflection of my experience.

Delighted with the first jersey I bought back in May, it came within a week and was very high quality and a beautiful jersey for its price, mystique also seem to actually listen to customers on the teams they don’t want in their order unlike other mystery shirt companies (cough cough shirt in a box)

This company offers a NO refund, NO exchange & NO return policy. I naively didn’t check this beforehand so don’t make the same mistake as me.
Bought this for a jersey addict expecting to get a unique jersey like on their Instagram but we disappointingly got an Irish soccer jersey so not too mysterious. Size is wrong and nothing can be done.
Item came in 5 working days as stated on their site.

I ordered my jersey to be delivered to Ireland. It arrived within a working week. I am delighted with the sizing and quality of the jersey. Mystique jerseys have been a pleasure to deal with from the start
