The worst customer service and conflict resolution I’ve ever experienced.

It took over 7 days to receive my shipment, since it was opened for inspection by customs, and by opened I mean they opened the seal of one of my sups. When I wrote CS to complain, they said they’re not liable or responsible and denied me a refund. SMH …how can I comfortably trust that the product wasn’t tampered with. I’m lost for words, and they’ve lost my business, I don’t recommend

I really like the Per4m whey sample bundles, the subscription option is going to keep me well-stocked throughout my fitness journey.

Terrible experience. I paid $28 for shipping and never received my product. When I contacted customer service, they brushed me off with ‘it’s still in transit’ and could not explain why I was charged so much for shipping and weeks later… still no product, still no answers. So disappointing. I would not recommend this company! ***update: 12 days after this review still no product still unwilling to refund.

Whole process was good, as well as available products. Only minor gripe was the delivery time. Rest was great

I ordered 1 bottle of pills to help my aching joints ! they sent them, they didn't help !! then the next month I get charged $100+ for another bottle that I did not order, and they didn't ship them because they were on back order !!
Soooo, I'm paying $100 for NOTHING. :-(

I am absolutely astounded with the fast delivery, high quality products and amazing customer service I received which I believe pushed me over the edge to buying as this is a total new world to me (supplements). I wish this business every success in the future and I will certainly be remaining as a customer!

Whether I missed the note through the door… yes I definitely didn’t get one, I emailed the firm to see what is going on with my order and I was informed that it was at a shop for collection which needed picking up that day! I promptly pegged it to the said shop and grabbed my item. Thanks for your help.
