It is not one star, it is actually minus one star. I ordered some cushions covers. I paid for it. I DID NOT received them and all my emails to them were ignored. I don’t know if they are real or if it is a scam.

I ordered 6 3D mystic dragon art glasses in a nice box - cost $112 USD. I received the ordered item. They were absolutely nothing like the advertised product. They were all in individual boxes and the 3D dragon artwork looked like it had been painted by children. Disputed through PayPal - they will refund my money if I send them back. They did not send a return post label and to return them it will cost me $86!!. Still waiting to hear further. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a planner from this site and it was never delivered. They sent me pictures of a different house and have refused to replace the order or give me a credit. If I could give this company a zero I would. The phone number is wrong and I’ve sent multiple e-mails and they respond to 1 email and have refused to help me.

I bought a beaded towel hanger it arrived in minature form about 6 inches long it is a total con!!!
Nothing like what they advertised in any way. I am disgusted that this company rips pensioners off!
Untrustworthy

Ordered a brilliant 6-piece glassware with elaborate radiant dragons presented in a custom wooden box. What was received are plastic cups with kindergartner quality painting.

Refund policy says to return the items with the shipping label provided, but there is no return label and they are not responding to my emails.

The product looked much better in the website photos than it did in person. The materials felt cheap and the workmanship was poor. For the price paid, I expected substantially better quality. I have photos, but I don't see how to upload them here.

Still the most rubbish products on the internet

I did NOT receive my order. Got many emails saying the order was on its way. I was charged for my order.
Order number is 77719. Order was placed 8/16/2026.

Beware, Beware, Beware folks..

I have received the item, but it does not match the merchant's description. The product is significantly lower in quality than advertised, consisting of cheap, small plastic rather than the premium material shown in the social media promotional videos. Because the item is completely different from the online ads, I consider this a fraudulent transaction and reported the company to my credit card company, BBB, and comptroller agencies.

I have to agree with the review of Anna Jones - while not the same as my experience the product description was accurate and I STRONGLY suggest no one buy from this site.

DONT buy from these people they take your money but no goods show up in the mail. Scammers

I ordered two items (order #Mytrendyes64479) that cost me $296. After two weeks, and several emails, the company stated that they would send me a refund in 2 to 3 business days ( more than a week ago). I wrote them another email and they have stopped answering. They turned out to be scammers and I am beginning legal proceedings in which they will be sued for the cost, as well as my attorney fees. A TERRIBLE experience from the LEAST RELIABLE company I have dealt with.

I placed an order, received confirmation my purchase had been shipped. When I tried to check my tracking order, it didn’t show any update. I contacted the company and was told response was so high they had run out and could not fill my order. I questioned why they had lied to me and taken my money. Did not respond to my question.
I am adding this on today’s date, August 25th,2026 that I have received an email telling me I will be refunded the full amount. Needless to say I wouldn’t deal with this company that lies to their customers.

No sign of a product I ordered 10 days ago. I have no evidence of shipping and have just asked for a refund

I ordered a product back in July early and here I'm in August, with no product, no updates, no response to several emails, this is given scam all over it. I wouldn't recommend the company to no one. Legit or Not
