Easy enough to take out a policy for house insurance. Very cost competitive quote but of course you don't know how good a company is until you are unfortunate enough to have to make a claim.

I would not use this company

Urban Jungle, I would not use this company; they don't tell you the truth. They take your money each month, and when you need them, a small paragraph says you are not covered. Even though you ask them for everything to be covered so no hassle, they find a way of getting out of paying everyone. Before you go with this company, say you want the terms and conditions sent first, and you will need 2 days to go through them. Because they will make sure they don't need to pay out, I am checking now if they go under any other name, so that what has just happened to me won't happen to anyone else. They are not the cheapest, that's why I went with them staff is nice, but be careful, they don't give you the forms before you pay, and then expect you to read all the forms. And when they did fix the boiler for the first time, I was waiting 2 weeks in the cold, did I moan no everyone uses small companies and I would not give them 1 star

All of our customers are provided with their policy documents before checkout, giving them the opportunity to review their cover and make sure it suits their needs. We also have sample policies available in our Help Centre at any time, which provide a full breakdown of all cover options.
