I cannot thank Victoria and her colleagues enough for finding a replacement power cable compatible with my VQ Christie radio. They went above and beyond and provided a level of customer service which, to be honest, I haven't experienced in years.

It's heart-warming to hear my little music box humming again, especially knowing that the environmental impact (by virtue of replacing a part vs. the whole) is minimal.

I will be recommending them to friends and family not only on the basis of their quality products but on their exceptional correspondence and genuine interest in meeting their customers' needs. A rarity that should be the norm!

Had some problems with the power cable for the vq retro radio, which I caused myself accidentally. These people were amazing and very quickly sorted the problem out for me, really appreciated either did so promptly. Would definitely use them again

I bought a VQ Monty about 18 months ago and surprisingly, recently, it went wrong. I was expecting have to buy a replacement but in hope, rather than expectation, I contacted the company for their observations.
I must say that I have never experienced such good after sales service as I received. I was sent a prepaid label to send the defective radio back and a replacement radio was sent to me all within a week. Well done to VQ and thank you to Victoria for your help.

Radio stopped working, emailed VQ, they responded immediately and sent me a new power adaptor free of charge which fixed the problem, wonderful service thank you Victoria.

I had a problem with my radio, I contacted the company and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. I returned the radio as requested and it has been replaced. All of this was done very quickly and I was kept informed at every point from advising me the radio had been received to the new one being delivered. Excellent customer service.

Love my 3.5L Slow Cooker and looks beautiful on my worktop. Ordered from QVC and this process was easy as was registering my product for the warranty.

This the second Retro Mini Radio I have purchased, the first as a bedroom alarm and this one for our kitchen. It is small & neat with a very good sound quality.
I would recommend it highly.

Very swift and excellent service from the customer service team. Asked about a replacement power adapter for my retro mini radio. No charge for the replacement and could not be more pleased.

Just love my Laura Ashley Kettle and matching 4 slice Toaster, both work perfectly and even toast Vogels bread well , they also look amazing on my bench top, lots of comments from friends.
