First things is amount charged for…

First things is amount charged for sending my parcel through India post was huge, that was not the genuine price. Secondly I had ordered this in July/August and order was delivered in September, still not sure why I'm receiving false update from MyXBorder.

Not transparent or honest

Whilst I received the items I had ordered, there was more than o e occasion this company tried to overcharge me, firstly on the items they purchased on my behalf, secondly on shipping. The process was extremely frustrating due to this, and I shall never use the company again.
