Luxury Prices but Poor Return Policy
I ordered three dresses from Nadine Merabi and decided to return one because the color and fabric looked very cheap in reality compared to how it appeared on the website. Considering that I kept two out of three dresses, I contacted customer support and politely asked if they could make a one-time exception and waive the $25 return shipping fee. Unfortunately, they refused without any consideration.
What made the experience even more disappointing is that a $25 return fee is extremely expensive compared to most fashion brands, where returns are either free or cost around $10 at most. I also pointed this out in my email, but it was completely ignored.
To make matters worse, despite charging such a high fee, they provided the cheapest return option possible — USPS — which required me to stand in line for 40 minutes just to send the package back.
Overall, this was a very frustrating customer experience. Between the misleading presentation of the dress quality online and the unreasonable return process and fees, I will not be purchasing from Nadine Merabi again.

Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service. I ordered two dresses from the website for a wedding with the hopes that they would be delivered in the 2-5days quoted on the website. It’s been 11 days and the Royal Mail website has said that they have been expecting the parcel for 6 of those days!
I emailed Nadine merabi to which I got numerous emails from an AI customer service agent called Miranda telling me they would look into it with no avail. So I emailed again and asked for a refund for my items which I have not received. My refund request was ignored and I was told they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. Once again I have had to chase this again and ask for a refund.
I have ordered multiple times from Nadine merabi and never had an issue. The customer service for this company is extremely poor and you’re just chasing your tail constantly! So as it stands I am £800 down with no refund and no one seems to know where my dresses are!

Alex answered quickly and was able to resend me two gift cards that were somehow lost in my email. I am so grateful I didn’t lose out on this money, and I was then able to purchase another beautiful Nadine Merabi piece! Customer service will continue to set brands apart in this day in age.

Alex from concierge is brilliant
Alex from concierge is brilliant. I printed off a label with an old address which meant my return wasn't being delivered and was showing as return to sender. Long story short Alex reassured me that I would receive the parcel back but it would take time. He also reassured me that my refund would be processed by extending the return timeline. Each message I sent was answered the same day. Well done Alex, excellent customer service. You are an asset to the business. The dresses are excellent quality and I would say true to size. I will be purchasing more. Thanks Alex

I emailed this evening regarding an issue I had, the team got back to me within 15 minutes and the issue I had was resolved within an hour. Alex was so helpful, and I have never experienced customer service to be so prompt in my life. I am very pleased with the quality of service I have received. Highly recommend!

Beautiful dress but it was a little big…
Beautiful dress but it was a little big so needed to exchange but on unzipping the dress the string of the tag got caught in the zip. I panicked as the only way to get it out was to cut it, knowing this may hinder the exchange. I contacted their customer support team and they were really helpful with their advice. All ended well and I’m looking forward to receiving the next size!

Do not trust their final sales labels
Do not trust their final sales labels. I bought an item that was not labeled final sale when I made the purchase, and by the time the item was delivered it became part of their final sales. The item arrived faulty with a broken zipper, and they refused to return it despite it not being wearable. This is such a scam

Outstanding Performance complaint resolved!
After my experience in store in store which led to a purchase - I thought finally the brand I’d been looking at for a few years I actually fit the clothing in my size & it suited me. I’d travelled up specially to go to store to try styles on my intention was to try the iconic jumpsuit I didn’t bother with that as I’m short… And to know how the sizes worked. The staff were attentive cheerful friendly & when I thought my dress I bought had a few loose threads I loved it would have liked it to be perfect but I bought it.
I came home & went straight online to check if you had stock of a couple of dresses I’d been looking at - after a few days I took the plunge & bought it.
The experience I’ve had online is - Non existence customer service from a high end brand. No compassion, unhelpful & condescending behaviour. No understanding as to the emails I’ve sent sometimes people with access needs are treated differently & this is a classic case. You don’t have phone lines your sometimes need to think outside the box. The distress this has caused me is unfair!
Thank you for your response - however I’ve tried to communicate with you and it has caused me anxiety & distress. You don’t seem to understand my situation & sometimes you need to think outside the box. I shouldn’t be put through this kind of customer services because I have access needs. It’s unfair. Email after email & just a general cold email is not acceptable!
My experience was escalated to the highest level within the business & I have to say the service given at such level was above & beyond - the email I received was kind compassionate & understanding, on an occasion when the service was below standard with my online order they turned it around & showed me my experience I had in store was also available online. I’m over the moon that a designer I was so interested in & visited the store to make sure the clothes fitted perfectly had managed to turn my online experience to exactly the same as my experience in the boutique. Despite initially giving them 1 star think it’s only fair to change this to 5. I’m a little reluctant to order again but have been reassured that my next experience with online an order will be a lot more smoother than this one. What I love about my response from Nadine Merabi was they listened & are happy to learn from a mistake. Thank you outstanding customer service in store & online.

I just wanted to start by saying how much I love the clothing from Nadine! The quality is exceptional, and I always receive so many compliments on the pieces I’ve purchased. I did run into some frustration when trying to exchange an item for a different size, and initially customer service wasn’t very helpful. However, after following up, my request was transferred to Alix, who resolved everything quickly and efficiently. If you ever run into an issue, I highly recommend asking to speak with Alix—he’ll take great care of you.

I ordered two wedding dresses in two sizes for my wedding, which I absolutely LOVE. I had trouble with the mail in returning the other sizes and customer service was immediately responsive, attentive and so helpful to alleviate my problem. I could not have asked for better service.

Every item I have bought has been luxury quality. I really struggle to find clothing that is long enough in the leg for me but every jumpsuit has been the perfect length.
I really love the sparkle and how the clothing lasts and lasts.
The customer service has been fast and efficient with any questions I have had leading up to purchases. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to see what’s coming next from you!

Excellent customer service, beautiful clothes
I emailed customer services to enquire about a specific item in a specific store - admittedly a bit frustrating I couldn’t call them directly as the store has no telephone number; however, customer services were very quick to reply, very helpful, and followed up as well. I visited in store - the clothes are stunning. Absolutely stunning! And the staff were so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely shop with NM again.
