This company has a global operation of drop shipping products with multiple websites that are the exact same in appearance but different URL’s/brand depending on which country you are situated in. In my case this company misrepresented themselves as a Swedish company with fast shipping (5-7 business days). I placed the order and paid on January 25 and did not receive the item until March 1. A total shipping time of 35 days.

About halfway through the wait I emailed customer support asking them if they have any sort of tracking number or update on the order since it had been so long. They didn’t respond for a few days and when they finally did respond they had a generic response, with no information and no tracking. Ultimately I got tired of waiting so I bought my dog a dog tag from my local pet store which I’m glad I did because of how long the item took to arrive and also the quality.

When the order finally arrived (I had basically given up at this point because I thought I had gotten scammed) I was disappointed with the quality. The font and text I chose matched what I wanted online but the metal for the tag is really thin and it just feels extremely cheap. The one I bought from my actual pet store is thicker and much nicer and cost less than what I had to pay this company. It was after the long wait I started researching the company behind the website and learned that they just dropship tags and have the exact same website for each country where they run google ads and they misrepresent themselves to deceive the customer to thinking that they are a local supplier and you will get your order quickly. The parent company behind them is this:

Snabb hantering, jätte fina och bra kvalite

The site has a Swedish URL, but the items actually ship from Switzerland. It is pretty deceptive. That’s not an issue in itself, but my order took over a month and a half to arrive, despite their stated delivery time of 5–7 work days. It turned out my package was stuck at customs, but when I reached out to the company for an update several times, I was ghosted. Instead of them keeping me informed, I had to update them on the status of my own shipment. Delays can happen, but rather than ignoring customers, you should be more transparent about any issues.

The site pretends to be Swedish, but it is not and is in fact based in the UAE. Products are shipped from Geneva, thus the "overnight delivery" is a false promise, small print says 5-7 days but in fact the item took three weeks to arrive and was held up by customs.
Quality is poor for the cost of the product.

Varning! Blufföretag! Man måste betala direkt vid beställning och lämna ut sina kortuppgifter. Någon namnbricka kommer inte. Jag såg för sent att företaget har adress i Gibraltar. Namnbrickahund.se ägnar sig åt ren stöld!

Namnbrickorna är jag nöjdmed!
Det tog lite tid för posten eftersom det gick genom tullen.
Hade inte fått rätt ID till sändelsen men fick min beställning och är nöjd med kundtjänstens stöd.

Katastrof! Företaget luras
Ingen återkoppling från kundtjänst. Brickan är både ful och ser billig ut.
Luras inte av att ordern skickas inom 24 h. Det tar veckor innan den levereras och går via tull då den skickas utomlands.
Avråder starkt! Det är bättre att gå till en djuraffär i Sverige och få hjälp med en tryckt namnbricka

Super fin bricka som minne av min hund som gått bort nyligen. Kommer beställa 2 till för dom jag förlorat å ha på min nyckelknippa

Varnar för ett riktigt misstänksamt företag! Fick precis hem namnbrickorna (efter en månads väntetid och brev från PostNord kring tull) och den kassa kvaliteten fick mig att skratta rakt ut. Känner mig lurad. Gör inte samma misstag som mig och många andra, köp namnbrickor någon annanstans!

Quick delivery, supercute items, changed the rings on the nametags, but the tags where great 👍

Beställde graverad bricka i metall. Fick plastbricka med printad text som inte ens är placerad i mitten av brickan. Leverans tog lång tid, från utlandet.

Halsbanden är fina och bra kvalité, fina färger. Reflexen syns på långt håll och namn brickorna är graverat så man ser namn och telefonnummer tydligt. Jag är super nöjd med dem.

Namnbrickan kom snabbt och till önskad utformning. Bra jobbat!!

The name is NOT engraved (as stated on the website) but printed and the delivery time was very long (almost 3 weeks!). Not delivered "within 24 hours", as stated on the website.

Customer service was good though.

On the website it says "50% discount, only now!" but the discount seems to be permanent -> False marketing.

Varning!
Visserligen skickar dom. MEN inte från Sverige som dom får det att se ut, så leveranstiden på 24tim är skitsnack.
Dessutom får man betala momsen i efterhand för att få hem sina saker.

Tur man lär sig av sånt här!
snygghemsida och allt verkade vara i sin ordning, men kommer ALLTID kolla upp oavsett vad jag köper hädanefter.

Mycket nöjd med både leverans och utseendet. Det var inga problem att sätta på brickan på ringen om man hjälper till med att ”öppna” ringen lite med en kniv. Då glider den snabbt och enkelt på. Billigt och snabb leverans. Produkt och leverans motsvarar det som stod på hemsidan.

Fick bricka till min katt.Ganska nöjd med beställningen.

Trasig namnbricka byttes direkt mot ny av trevlig kundsupport.
