Ordered the wrong size ang Mike from support guided me through the exchange process. My fault on the ring measurements but they were accommodating in helping me.

I was glad to get a dark magician pendant because I worship Yami. And the creator after his passing

I ordered the wrong size a first time for a Berserk ring because it was a gift for my partner and I didn’t want him to know about it. Nanimerica proposed me to either send it back and get a refund or use a discount code to reorder the ring. I took the discount code and reordered a ring because it would have been more expensive to send it back (we have to pay for return postage). I used their size guide and this time measured my partner finger so it should have been the right size but it wasn’t… it was too big again… so I asked Nanimerica to send it back and get a refund. They agreed. I sent the ring back and send them the tracking number. Australia Post tells me they received it. I have never been refunded and they stopped replying to my emails. Australia post says Nanimerica received the ring back on the 16th of February. It’s been more than a month and the refund should have been done 10 business days after receiving the ring. I emailed the customer service Jessica with who I was in contact. She never got back to me after I sent her the tracking number. I contacted Nanimerica again through their website on the contact us page and received an email saying someone would be in contact with me in 3 business days. Never happened. Maybe they will finally get back to me if they see this bad review. I want my refund please.

I ordered the wrong size ring and I payed extra so it arrived early and it took over a week.

We love Jujutsu Kaisen so for sure we were getting the Toji necklace. It's gorgeous for an amazing price. Totally would recommend!!

They sent me wrong item but customer service was amazing letting me keep the wrong item, sending out the original item ordered and an additional item for the inconvenience.

Ring is absolutely amazing. Got the pirate's symbol from one piece for my fiancé and he loves it 😍 10/10 recommended

Fast shipping, great quality

The pendant arrived safely in great condition. Looks and feels like quality. Only shortcoming was that the shipping time took longer than what was advertised (5-8 business days), as it came on the 13th day after ordering. If the nanimerica and the local post office does not work on the weekends, that explains the delay. Then taking account the weekends, the pendant arrived on the 9th day, which was a reasonable delivery time. Once again, the pendant is gorgeous and has a good weight to it. Bag and box are nice bonuses!

Love the pendant, having had an original red eyes back in the day this brings back a bit of nostalgia

I have been waiting for over13months!
I ordered mutiply rings & nakelaces for christmas of 2022! as gifts for the kids,
i paid an extra $30 for express shipping (2-5days) it took more then 7days,but i did recevie it just a few days befor christmas of 2022,
once i opened it i realised half my order was missing, i wanted a refund for the missing iteams & for the express shipping, i tried calling their customer service phone line, but their number is out of service. Tried reaching out on Instagram, Facebook & Email! they just kept ignoring my messages/emails,
took a couple of days but i managed to get one of those "auto reply" messages from them saying someone will contact you in a couple of weeks as they are busy, even tho the website say "48hours for a reply" a few months go by so i start spaming them again just to still get no reply
Now remeber i'v been waiting for a reply snice December 2022!! we are in January 2024!! over a year later and nothing!!

anytime someone i know has seen their ads and mention getting something, i tell them not to as they are a scam, they dont give a complete order or reply,
i cant wait to see how they reply to this review (if they even bother to, prob will take them a year to do it)

(side note)
(i did try to leave a review when this happened but none of their platforms had a review option, even on this one i cant put in my date of experience in, the dates only go as far as 30th January 2023)

Love the design and quality of the chain I got, its shine hasn’t diminished at all and I’ve been wearing it constantly. Am able to shower with it on with no worry about rust or shine fading, truly a top quality product.
