Ordered a necklace back in December 2023 and never received a shipping notification or tracking number. I figured maybe they're busy because of the holidays and patiently waiting a couple weeks before deciding to send a email, no response. Sent a follow up email the following week, no response. Tried calling their customer service phone line, phone is out of service. Tried reaching out on IG and then they blocked me.
Edit: Now they’re flagging all negative reviews of their company as illegal.
Edit 2: Nanimerica responded to my review with a “tier 1” customer support email to sort things out. I emailed them and am not surprised that I did not get any response at all.

scam, does not respond to "customer service"
Short summary: they do NOT send you your ring, nor do they respond to emails or phone calls
About 2 months ago I asked Nanimerica if they have warehouses in the EU, they answered with yes, so I ordered the ring I wanted.
I still have yet to receive my ring.
I have sent a multitude of mails about my order, without any response. I suspected they might be ignoring me on purpose, to essentially scam me out of my Black Friday deal. So I sent a question from my 2nd email account, no response either.
Then I used their own website through which I got response on my first Warehouse-question, still no response.
They also have an AI-Chat function where you can request a human to chat with, which sends you to a different company's Customer Service.
Maybe it's because my order number is in the mails? On to a 3rd email adress I went, still no reply.
During all this time I have called their number listed on their site within the service hours multiple times, on different times of day. No answer.
The Hollidays are over now, so that is no excuse either.
My conclusion: this feels like a scam
