Although the fitters were running late
Although the fitters were running late, due to being held up by the weather. But once they started they were very efficient and soon had the windscreen replaced. I would highly recommend national windscreens.

Men very friendly done a good job other…
Men very friendly done a good job other than when replacing the plastic they trapped the washer pipe and the screen washers wouldn't work. Not a great problem, but took some time to work out what was wrong.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, woman on phone was retiring and obviously not bothered,very rude.

Long wait for appointment in the end.
Lads who fitted windscreen were brilliant,quick,polite and all round pleasant.(also had a cute little dog with them!)

Super Efficient & professional
Received an appointment very quickly which was impressive. When the technician arrived he noticed very quickly that the screen was incorrect and ensured he had the correct one before returning.
