Taking the time to get the job done right
What impressed me most about the service i received was the care, attention and time spent to ensure the job was done right. There was a pride in the process and end result which is sadly lacking in other trades that are too busy watching the clock.
Craig, the windscreen technition, ensured that the new rubber/glass fitted as well as possible into a forty year old vehicle. Undoubtedly a credit to your company.

Replacement good, trying to pay...abysmal!
The fitters at the Dundee branch were helpful and polite. The paying process of the excess however, was abysmal! I could not pay when picking the car up and was given a phone number. That took me round in circles, I was left on hold and then after speaking to a person put back to the start again! I travelled back to the branch the next day as I wished to pay in person, they weren't able to take my payment, ludicrous! As as result I had to endure the payline number again. Eventually, I had someone useful on the end of the line who put the payment through for me.
