Awful experience
Awful experience. Waited a few days so I could book on a day that wasn’t booked up already for an am slot. I’m round the corner from the depot. Waited all day and every time I rang I was met with rude and obnoxious behaviour from the manager organising it. Was then phone to say they would come at 4pm and collect it but could not guarantee to have my car back for the time I needed car. Rebooked as the first job the following day. Turned up at 12pm.

Very straight forward, no drama.

All staff very helpful, friendly and polite, which is quite refreshing as many people now days are naturally rude and inattentive or On the Phone!
It appears this National Windscreens in Huntingdon have employed decent people, in turn I do hope that they reward them with a decent wage and treat them well.
Note, Head Office ; If it were not for the excellent Huntingdon staff, I would not have bothered with this review, you should thank them.
