My camera falling off windscreen as soon as got up the road really annoying didnt put any new stickers on dissapointing . Can see where taken off old windscreen nothing sticky put back .

The screen was fitted really quickly and the engineer was super helpful.
My screen originally didn’t come in but the office kept me updated all the way through.

Windscreen replacement
Was done in a professional manner and environment took the 2-4 hours as stated and the guy who done the work was completely courteous.
Only issue I have is that the front heated screen doesn’t turn off as a precaution now like the old screen used to, I’m sure it’s a quick fix so I shall look into it.

Great service throughout
I was kept informed at every stage of the process to replace my windscreen. The location had to be changed due to poor weather conditions which wasn't an issue. The windscreen was fitted at the garage where my car was being worked on at the time. The customer service I received was great and the whole process was extremely straightforward from beginning to end ...

Expect delays
National Windscreens did a good job replacing my windscreen, the only criticism I have is the length of time taken. I arrived within the designated time slot but the system seems to be on a first come first served basis so my windscreen took 4 hours to be replaced while some people who had arrived 10 minutes before me were done in 2 hours. I suggest it may be a better idea to have different slots every two hours or so rather than a morning session and a afternoon session. My car was the last of the day and once it had been complete around 4:30 it looked like the garage had finished for the day even thought they are advertised to be open until 5:30. I couldn't help but think that my car was dragged out just long enough so they could justify not fitting another fitting after me which may be part of the reason for such a lengthy replacement.
So in conclusion if you arrive towards the end of your time slot expect to wait the full 4 hours, a much more appropriate system it seems would be allowing people to come at more frequent intervals so their work can be done immediately rather than waiting hours before it evens gets started to work on.

Positive Experience
I was greeted by a very polite gentleman who explained everything to me. He invited me to take a seat and a drink whilst I waited and explained the timeframe I would be there. The service was excellent and the replacement done to a high standard and and explanation as to why it took slightly longer than expected was given.
