My camera falling off windscreen as soon as got up the road really annoying didnt put any new stickers on dissapointing . Can see where taken off old windscreen nothing sticky put back .

Deliberate customer wait
I arrived 20 mins early, and checked in. A lease car arrived at the same time; and I was told 3 cars were booked in for 9am. I questioned the 4 hour wait, the lease car owner had been told 2 hours. The lease car was done in 2 hours, but I was deliberately made to wait the 4 hours, the 1st hour the car hadn’t moved from its parked slot outside

Whole process was straightforward. Operative fixing the crack was on time polite and fully explained all aspects.

Very efficient booking service
Very efficient booking service. Great that I could track where the technician was so I could plan my day. The chap who came out was knowledgeable and polite and had done the repair in less than 15 mins. Excellent service all round.

I didn't realise that I was expected to…
I didn't realise that I was expected to have removed the camera from my original windscreen. When I collected my car, the camera itself was left on the centre console and all the wiring was hanging down from the roof and I was told I'd got to get it refitted myself! This is going to cost me £170 for the job! Not particularly happy!
