I would never ever use this cowboy company again, I paid for the window fitter to replace my boot window, he dropped smashed glass into my boot lock and shut down the boot, my boot was then jammed, national windscreen are refusing to pay the garage who had to replace my boot lock because national windscreen told me they are not at fault and refused yo pay £150 which i had to pay, I did not cause the damage to the lock they did so why should I be out of pocket because they are shabby at there work ,,,I will not let this go I will take it to were ever I can to make them pay for there mistake , BE AWARE OF THIS COW BOY COMPANY STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!

Work carried out to a high standard,staff were polite and friendly however the time taken to replace the windscreen was rather long (5 1/2 hours) I appreciate that I was in a queue but the time seemed excessive

Avoid this company it is a complete rip off , they sent a trainee out to replace my back window he dropped smashed glass in my boot lock then put the door down and jammed the boot shut, they would not fix the damage and customer services are just a bloody joke, please do not let this cowboy company touch your car , AVOID AVOID AVOID

The appointment of as simple to book and windscreen centre easy to locate. Communications were good throughout, with the staff professional and helpful. Overall a smooth and faultless process.

Great experience the issues I had were sorted out.

Car was booked in for windscreen replacement by insurer. Needed DAS calibration afterwards. Arrived at 8.30 as instructed , took 2 hours exactly. On return of car DAS system didn’t appear to be working as previously so contacted them again via email and was rebooked in for the following week for recalibration.. They were unable to find any issues with the calibration which took an hour to recheck. Very happy with the service provided and that they took the time to recheck the DAS system. No complaints.

Very good and professional experience. The manager explained everything in a way that I could understand and I was really happy with the overall experience.

I liked the efficiency at reception and the pace at which the work was undertaken. Less happy about the fact that a compatible windscreen was used rather than a signed Mercedes one but was told it wouldn't affect my lease on the car and to take it up with the Insurance company. I haven't but will be letting them know if it is a problem when I return the car. Workmanship seemed ok

Unfortunately due to weather, which isn't their fault, they couldn't come to the original appointment, but the technician rang me and explained first thing in the morning, offered to do it at the yard or change the day. As I couldn't get to the yard and I was going on holiday in 2 days they managed to sort it the day after, great customer service in my opinion.
When the technician came he was friendly and efficient.
Good work from the entire team, forgot to mention the initial phone call was also friendly and efficient, getting it sorted made easy.
