Really helpful at the depot
They helped when the first windscreen was damaged on arrival at the depot and sensibly made sure they ordered a rubber surround for the windscreen before re-booking the appointment

Trowbridge Centre
The fitters at Trowbridge were excellent and did a very good job. The main call centre were not so great though and were difficult to contact and gave inaccurate advice. It would be much better to deal with the centre direct.

Not professional enough I’m afraid
As previously reported I had to find a covered area for work to be carried out with zero notice as neither van had a canopy or gazebo to stop car getting wet. Managed to use a neighbour’s barn.
This morning the passenger wiper stopped working. Luckily it was the passenger side. Luckily it wasn’t raining hard. Luckily I was on a quiet road. Luckily I carry tools with me. Luckily I was able to fix myself, ie tighten the nut onto the spline properly. Luckily the driver side was tight.
If the situation had been different you would have been liable for an accident !
Would be nice to hear from someone to discuss the above but I doubt I will.
