I wish I'd found this company years ago when I had a cosmetic treatment on my eyelids that damaged them permanently. They flared up again a few days ago and I applied the Restoration Serum to them, which I'd bought has a sample to try out, in case a flare up occurred. My skin didn't just lose the redness, it looked the most calm it has looked in ages. Just about to start the Firming Eye Cream which I have high hopes for. I think the pricing is fair for their products, as they clearly don't cut any corners. Recommended to anyone who needs a solution to temperamental skin!

Following a skin patch test which revealed a few allergies, I could not find any products free of my allergens until I stumbled upon the Natural Elements website. In trying to find the correct skincare products for my skin, John Hamilton of NE provided lots of advice and was happy to let me try different products until my skin was happy! Besides selling exceptional skincare products, John provides amazing customer service and I wouldn’t dream of using any other skincare brand. A big thank you to all at Natural Elements

Amazing products! The Hypoallergenic Facial oil and wash has made my skin look more even and smoother and less prone to blepharitis outbreaks.

The product smelt great so no issues there, but it wasn't suitable for my skin. I got a rash after using it once. I contacted the company to explain this, and asked for a refund or partial refund. I got a reply from the owner who said he didn't think I had rosacea if this was the case and may have another skin condition. He recommended I try the hypoallergenic range instead and offered some guidance, but ignored my question about a partial or full refund, even after emailing a second time. I didn't end up getting a refund, or an answer. So I was left with £40 worth of skincare that I couldn't use.

I have been enjoying these oils for myself and my massage business for well over 10 years now.
I can always talk to a person if I need advice and delivery is prompt.
Mainly, the oils are excellent quality and absorb well into the skin.
Note to John. I would enjoy a couple more choices of blended body oil!
I would happily recommend them.

Wow, I bought samples for £4.99, I received 5 little pots of pure magic.
I’m 79, have good skin for my age, I began using the deep moisture sample that day, I can’t find the words to say it was like a magic wand to my skin, it felt like my youthful skin again, it really was instantaneous. That evening I used some of the booster oil on mine and my 82 yr old husbands face ( his skins quite papery) well, the way both of us felt as though we had new faces . The company has so much expertise on the organic oils they use, it’s like I’ve a tailor made skin expert. I’m only buying these skin products from now on, I really impressed with the service and delivery too. Wonderful Company.
